Vincent SWhen moving vehicles are returned an entire 24 hours early, money should be refunded. It's ridiculous that you don't offer this incentive. We will think twice before using U-Haul again because of this lack of customer service.

JUSTIN COwner Brandon went above and beyond to help me rent my truck to go one way to Dallas, TX. He was patient and knew how anxious I was to drive that he went out with me and started truck, went over all the bells and whistles INCLUDING OPENING BACK AND BRINGING OUT THE RAMP AND HOW TO PUT IT BACK. He also made sure I got the best deal for my money. I am very thankful for how he treated this old lady with much respect! Well done.

nanaette fFolks were very cordial and helpful. It was around lunch time and folks were busy which caused me to wait on the young man as he helped other customers while getting me set up. Very good people and would surely use them again.
ROY SCustomer service needs improvement at this location. We were caught in traffic and called several hours in advance with an ETA. We were told that we had to be there by 5:15P, we made it by 5:14P and no one was there. The next day we were charged a 2nd day fee. We literally had to prove that we made it by that time by showing the manager a photo of the drop off. Needless to say we won’t rent there again.
