Vehicle was NOT at this location. I had to go to a second location for pickup. Both locations were good considering it’s a work truck. Truck leaked water at the Mothers Attic. My furnishings got damp but not damaged. Truck had a front end vibration at the higher speeds possibly caused my imbalanced tires or loose/worn components. Very poor fuel mileage. I planned for 10 MPG but feel I got less. No credit for the extra fuel I left in the truck. I picked it up with 1/4 tank and left it with 5/8. About $40 worth.

Lois ENo recommendations at this time. The online pre check-in was great. The drop-off was as easy as pulling in and an associate disconnected the trailer and I was free to go. Great experience!

trevor cTruck needs maintenance. Check engine light is on and it rode hard. Mud on floors. Attic area leaks and got some of my boxes wet. Told the guy at the drop off location and he seemed unconcerned about any of it.
michael sIt took over 15 minutes to get the truck inspected. The son of the owner did the inspection. I asked him if everything was OK. He said yes. He did not tell me he charged me for fuel. Had he told me, I would have told him about the problem with the inaccurate fuel levels during the pickup. He should have told me!!!!. This was the same guy who doubled my fees for a rental I picked up at this location 2 weeks ago. This problem took me hours to correct!!!
Robert WI was led to believe that I would not be charged for any additional milage since I actually had gone less than the mileage posted but since I have now been charged for additional milage I will be sure to have photographic evidence in the future to avoid this. I will also make sure that I never go near this location in the future.

Andrea WThe equipment I had reserved had a flat tire. They were able to set me up w something similar - but it had no ramp which was key to my move. Is there no morning inspection of equipment? You should consider portable ramp rental (like you do hand trucks).
Kevin KI would not recommend returning or renting from Freguson Ave in Dallas TX. They over charged me for one day! I was told the one extra day fee would be $19.50 plus the insurance. They charged me $60. The place was dirty and the people were not friendly. The pick up location was great, Crestwood Kentucky. Nice people.

MARK FI had issues with Uhaul in general not the locations. The website didn't work for after hour check out and I was charged for "extra' miles that I wouldn't have had if I would've gotten the location that I requested in Elizabethtown. So overall, Uhaul didn't have the size truck I needed in a particular location so I got charged over $30 since I had to pay the extra mileage fee. I will likely not rent again

MICHAEL CI had a reservation online set at one price, but it was not honored when I arrived to pick up the truck. This cost me extra money and a ton of time because I could have used a different location cheaper than the price they quoted me. The person at the location did reduce my rate/mile, but the expense was almost $100 more than what I was quoted online. I showed him my email confirmation, but he said the system did not show him the same rate and he could not honor it! I didn’t have time to cancel and go somewhere else. Very poor customer service via online, not by the person working the front desk. He tried to correct as much as he could, but I’m still very unhappy with the experience!

Angela MTruck ran fine but at 160,000 miles is probably close to the end of its service life. There was some sticky residue on the inside of the passenger window where it appeared a soda had exploded. Check in and check out experience was FANTASTIC!

James BThere was a older gentleman that was very rude and passive aggressive. We had a big truck and a trailer and there was no place to park so we went in to ask where we should park and he was very rude giving us direction saying that we weren’t the smartest and was bad drivers and doubting that we were suppose to be dropping our equipment off there when we were in the system. We will not be returning back to this location. I wish we could had just done the online drop off instead of being spoke to so rudely when we just moved to this state.
Garrett CHannah was fantastic, very helpful! That truck does have three minor maintenance issues that need to be addressed. First, there is a vibration from 37-42 mph. Since it is speed dependent, it is likely either a whee or driveshaft out of balance. Second, the driver door lock doesn't work; had to go in initially through the passenger door. Third, the dash beeps when the driver door is open, even when the key is out of the ignition, lights are off, etc. The personnel at this U-Haul location are very good to work with. I plan to use it again.

CHARLES MAlong with renting a truck from the crestwood location I also rented a truck from CBD oil in Louisville.. which i was completely scammed.. I was charged for insurance that I declined and a cleaning charge that was total BS.. in total I was charged over $400... I believe the milage and the fuel was intentionally inflated for my rental when I returned it... I was communicating with the area manager which is a whole other disaster and was no where near helpful... also this location has kept my drivers license and bank debit card.. I left them on the seat of the truck by mistake.. I called and called the location at least 5 times with no answer just a voice mail and no one has returned my calls yet.. even the area supervisor neglected to do anything to help me get those items returned... so subsequently I have had to cancel my bank card and get a new one.. and goto Frankfort for a new driver's license which by the way is almost an hour from where I live.. I reached out to uhaul directly and was pawned off to the area manager which was a joke.. I asked for a refund after I lost a job because I had no license... so in short because of uhaul and the incredibly poor customer service and lack of effort I lost a job had to get a new license , replace a bank card, and change all my auto pay bills because of that... I would and have been telling everyone what happened to me with your company strongly discouraging anyone to rent from uhaul because of the shady way you do business and treat you customers... uhaul is not to be trusted at all.
