Returning rental equipment keys off business hours was not clear. I have waited a while to connect to customer service to determine what to do next. Customer care advised me to return the keys next day but the store is closed on Sunday, I still have to go again to return the key. It could have been better if instructions are clearKamaluddin M.

Rented both truck and dolly from this location and had confirmation. Upon picking up truck and asking for dolly, I was informed this site didnt have one available and that I could call another location to pick one up. Why is it MY responsibility to call/locate a dolly from another dealer when I have a confirmation stating it is here waiting for me. NOT optimal customer service experience.GREGORY B.

You guys charged me for a 2 dollys and furniture pads. None of those items were in the van. The funny thing is I even told you guys not to charge me because I didn't receive those items and you still charged me. I didn't even request furniture pads. The Ratchets on the car trailer are a pain. They did not want to loosen the straps when released. I had to fight it for 15 minutes to get the straps loose enough to load the car and get the straps over the front tires. I've driven flatbeds for 20+ years so I know how they're supposed to work. The ramp on the truck we rented was hard to get in and out... took a lot of our time... the movers we hired through you guys did not show up on time and I had to move heavy furniture 5 weeks postpartum c section... because they did not show up for the time we scheduled... we said 10am and they said they would be there between 10 and 1... they met us at the second location at 11:55... we're done by 12:30 and we still had to pay to have them 4 hours as scheduled even though they helped for less than 1 hour.....Milton G.

I received great service from the lady that helped me when I picked up the van. I could not get the U-haul app to work for pickup or return due to the fact it couldn't determine my location. There should be a way to manually input your location. I dropped the keys in the box and she checked it in for me when they opened the next morning. All in all it went great for me and the van worked perfectly. If I need it again I will definitely remember this location. Thanks, JeffJeffrey B.

I don't have any reason not to recommend it but i would suggest they make the night drop box more prominent...They had it attached to their general mail box and i returned it at night. Its not visible nor is it close to where you would park the car to leave it overnight. Thankfully they didnt charge me for an extra day, but it was a pain pointCRYSTAL F.

I reserved my truck two days in advance of my needed date. Don had a very difficult time helping me make my reservation and had a get help from Cindy. Between the two employees, it took them about 35 minutes to make the reservation. When I showed up to pick up my truck, Don somehow had difficulty making the system work. It took him 45 minutes to process the paperwork. Also my wife got a call from another U-Haul location saying a reservation was made there and they had 2 trucks waiting for me. How did this happen? Not a good experience.Kenn B.

Customer service agent was new and needs more training. He incorrectly told me the rate for the small truck was the same as a van, $19.99 plus mileage. However when I arrived at the location I was told the price is $100 for the day with 31 miles free. I believe it was an honest mistake given his short time on the job.Robert M.
