I was told on the phone I would be getting 1600 miles with the rental. At the time of return I was only given 750. I returned the vehicle 2 days early and was credited for that. The difference in miles I was supposed to get free made my bill more than the original agreement. I am not Ok with being lied to by UHaul.Brent H.

i ordered pads and they were out, they did call me however and let me know. i arrived to pick up my truck with the mobile check in and could not open the lock on the truck to get the keys. after screwing around with it for twenty minutes i called for help. long story short the password for the lock was WRONG and once they figured it out i was able to get it open. put me 30 minutes late and a lot of frustration. i ordered one got to my location i realized they gave me two appliance dollies which was not what i ordered should have had one and a dolly for boxes, once again fail!Mark A.

I was charged for a utility dolly and pads but never received them upon pick up. I was aware I wouldn't be getting Them as someone called to tell me prior to pick up but yet I was still charged for them. No response to my email or calls regarding a refund.Ludy H.

Very pleased with Creekside Automotive allowing me to drop off the trailer when the assigned dealer JC Kwick Mart refused to let me drop it off as nobody was there to check it in. I had called letting them know I was coming when I arrived they said I need to come back later. I would not recommend JC Kwik Mart to anyoneJohn H.
On line pickup was a mess. I was supposed to pick it up at 6:30. I wasn't able to get the truck until about 8. The lady on the phone was super nice and made it right. But I was on hold for over 30 minutes.Robert C.

This place was so small I had a hard time returning my 26' moving truck. There was no place to park and the only access to the back of the location was down a small narrow alley that took two people to help guide me through due to the buildings on both sides. I would not recommend this location be viable for after hours drop offs, especially for large trucks.Eric W.
Not just this places fault. U hual called me and canceled my reservation an hour and a half before I was to pick it up. I was comming in from out of state and it totally screwed me. I was on a tight schedule to get my belongings from my storage and had to get a U hual 40 miles away. Which cause a 2 to 3 hr delay and only had 1 hr to get my stuff from storage which I should have had 4 hrs. I reserved a month and a half ago and confirmed the day before. It was a mess that cost me alot more than the 50 dollar credit given. Extra fuel and an extra day added to my move that i didnt have. Worst experience moving ever. And to top it off the U hual had damage that wasn't pictured and would not let me take a new photo in the app.William C.

Actually give them a clean truck. And implement less vendors. They tend to be rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. I doubt I will ever use uhaul again due to my multiple bad experiences with you all.Joshua D.

I was over charged and no one will answer any of my calls at your office, I wait on hold for an hour! The personless check in is a nightmare and had me at the uhaul pick up location for over an hour. Your app would not let me check my vehicle in online and when I called, no one could answer! Will never ever use again and let all my friends and family know the billing is a scam and technology is too poor to use the app!Emily M.

Your call center leaves a lot to be desired. I originally called at 12:15 pm because there was no one at the location that I was sent to. When the attendant showed up, he said there was no rentals there. He sent me to 1712 Ft. Worth Rd. I called again at12:45, and was told there wasn't going to be anyone there until Jan. 3rd. At which point he then located the proprietor at the N. Main St. Location. On a 12pm appointment, I finally was able to rent the truck at 1:30 PM. All of this for a rental that took less than 3 hours to complete.Robert F.

Tires were low and little tread on tires. One tire was bald by the end of our move. Gentleman helping us was pleasant enough but it was apparent there was little maintenance done on equipment.Robin C.

Dropped car off on 4 July as requested by uhaul team. Place was empty they didn't check my vehicle until the eighth and now two months later they've sent me a bill for additional days and some other coverage $211. But I have emails from the main office at U-Haul saying they were no additional charges I have 13 email messages on this subject because that's how long it's taken me to clarify why my truck was not checked in in July It is now September 3 and I was given a new billEric Peipelman a N.
