Make sure workers know how to setup and attach trailer. However, I was refunded my money. Thought this was very generous of them

Michelle BSomeone needs to contact me! Before goin and getting the uhaul we looked online to see what they had and the truck we rented was suppose to of been 49.99 but we got charged $99! I paid $210 Including deposit upfront before leaving with the truck and drove 159 miles there and back and paid $85 for gas and ended gettin back $32 out of $210! This is pure robbery and all I used it for was to go pick up my sons new bed!! Back of truck was very dirty

Brittany NWhen we picked up the truck, it had less than a quarter tank of gas. I called the manager immediately and he said he would take care of it. He then charged me $90 for 20 gallons of gas! When i called him back he said that was correct. I will never use you again!
Buford CExtremely polite, professional, and accommodating. Rates were exceptional. I rented a 26 foot truck, very reliable, clean, very well maintained and modern. Wish I would have used them in the past, I definitely will use them for future needs.
