Tina PNot sure. We went inside, which is a diner, but we did not have any problems leaving the rental. Everything checked out when I received my final cost. Very efficient.
PATSY HTypically I do not normally waste my time writing reviews in regards to services I have used. But I feel your organization should be aware of whom you have representing you. To be honest the service I received at U-Haul Logansport location was dreadful and appalling. There was absolutely nobody on site to help or call for any kind of assistance. The phone number furnished was completely worthless due to the voice mail as completely totally full and just hung up. In regards to the shrewd ambiguity owners, who at this point I doubt even exist! Every detail of my rental experience had to be done over a 1-800 number, thanks to some courteous, sympathetic people miles and miles away, they were able to help walk me through the checking out process over the phone. I need to make you aware that this was the only U-Haul depot in Logansport area that was available to me to use. While living and working in the Logansport area. My trip was rescheduled three times and I almost lost my mobile home in the process. Due to not being able to utilize rental vehicle to relocate my camper to a new work site. In closing what this U-Haul Logansport location “staff/owners” pose or claim and what they actually do in reality are to two very different events outcomes.
Holden RThere wasn’t much room to park and there wasn’t anyone there to help me with my tow dolly. Since there was not anyone there I had to go to a different location for my tow dolly.
Annisiea Dwe dropped off on a Sunday and no one was there to receive the vehicle. A sign on the door would be a good thing to have, should have a phone number and location of the key drop box.

Matthew DI arrived at the location where i had a reservation and had to wait for the person in charge because of a lunch break. They proceeded to tell me the website had the hours listed and indeed they did, with no mention of lunch. After renting a car hauler and only keeping it for 2 hours, i was then charged for 2 whole days. I was then on hold 45 mins with customer service for a refund. I now understand why the vehicles at this rental site has weeds growing under them.

ARTHUR WThe only issue I had was I thought it a bit petty to charge me for going over by 4 miles. Really gonna charge my card for a whole $1.75. That's just my opinion though. Customer service needs to be more of your priority. Thank you for use of truck though.

Melvin JYour website for 24/7 is the worst! I had created a profile with a credit card, driver's license, alternate person etc. And it made me do ALL of that again, PLUS confirm with TWO people (at the time I'm there to pick up the truck) who knows me! I spenr over 45 mins. there trying to get the truck so I could leave!. It did not give me an option to select a dolly online the night before. I called to add it & was told it was added, but the next day it did not show up on the reservation. The U-haul app is worthless. It could not find my reservation. I did everything on the website. Why would you make people stand around waiting to pick-up their truck while the online person tries to call people to verify they know me? When my husband set up & rented a truck in Texas he didn't have to do that. I had sent a photo of me while I was standing there & guess what? It looked like me on my driver's license. Your website trying to pick-up the truck is the worst.
Kathryn BPlease improve your Android phone app. I could not get it to check out my rental nor could I get it to check in when I returned it. It would not save or upload any of the info I had entered.
