No problems with the truck. It was clean and was easy to drive. Wonderful and helpful employees.

I had absolutely no problem with the place I rented it from. They were awesome! Amazing!!! I do however have a problem with uhaul themselves charging me for 2 days when in actuality I used it for 1 day. Shame on uhual for that! I will most definitely refer people to crash collision and repair for their vehicles but will not refer anyone to use uhaul.

On the U-Haul app and in store they said I could drop off over night and confirmed a late drop off but had some random guy try and stop me from returning the U-Haul because he said over night drop off was not allowed. then charged me for a late return free. Also didn't have the utility dollie after charging it towards my service charge.

truck was dirty. mud all over the floorboards. The original location in the town I needed it was moved to another town for pick up. This took an additional 30 min.

Staff was great-very helpful. I would check with U Haul Customer Service, though, because they said this location had moving pads and accepted after hours returns, when they didn't and do not.

The pick location was great and drop off was scary but easy. The process of actually getting what i reserved thru traffic control got confusing but they helped me out along the way and made sure i was satisfied.
