I only got $100 of the almost $600 that I spent for the uhaul and car trailer that I only had for 3 hours.

I just rented a hand dolly..the price was good for the rental and i was able to drop the dolly off after hours, per instructions from managment. Seemed to be good people...one thing that would help in my case..if you unlisted any rental point that wasnt active..i went to benton only to find they were closed, then i drove an additional 8 miles to benton...had i known bentons rental weren't active i could have taken another route..

The location was very professional. They were able to process the rental in a short period of time. Provided assistance for hook up and was able to respond to various questions.

I reserved a dolly and they called and said they forgot to put one in there. They were closed and said they would have to come up and find one but didn't want to. I needed the dolly for heavy items. Had to borrow one elsewhere. I was still charged for one.

I dropped off the uhaul at the location of my contract, on time, and received a phone call and email, wanting to know where the truck was. I kept trying to explain that I dropped off the truck at the location on my contact, but was informed that there is no such place. But there was!! Insisting that I was wrong. To make it short, the left hand didn’t know what the right hand was doing.

We mad with home with our U-Haul, had it loaded, and made it 3 miles down the road before the dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree! My poor husband spent 4 hours waiting for someone to come fix the truck.

It took about 45 minutes to get checked out. The rental agreement showed that the truck was dispatched at 9:08, but it was nearly 10 before we were able to leave with the truck.
