I called and left a message prior to rental and never got a return call from them. Dropped off on Sunday, so never dealt with any personnel at location. The online return process was horrible, due to unable to access either app or website on 2 separate devices.

Jacqueline MVehicle was super dirty and stunk rates aren’t fair in my opinion you charge customers for pitting in less gas but when we put the gas over what we found it out there is no rate change this happens due to poor ways to gauge the vehicles gas to put it back exactly where y’all had the gas gauge at. We get charged if it is dirty but it is okay for us to receive the truck messy and are expected to clean it up.

Charles WThese people are steadily trying to steal money from me by trying to bill my card for dropping a trailer off with them that they say wasn't supposed to come to them. Even though I called them before dropping it off and they told me where to put it.

David BHad to pick up truck at Crowes Nest location. That location did not have blankets, handtruck, or wheeled furniture dolly for us as ordered. Had to return to Covington computer to rent that equipment.
Wayne SEverything went well with the move. Gave 2 days to turn in uhaul even though we didnt nee it for those days. Price was excellent. I will recommend the uhaul rental to all my friends and relatives. Thank you Uhaul

Sonny CI took a before and after picture of gas gauge and I put more than enough gas in the truck and they charged me 9 more dollars for gas. I never paid over a hundred dollars for a U-Haul.

Summer BMake sure they turn in the returns on the equipment. I was called and asked about the trailer over a week after I turned it in. I turned it in on a Sunday so no one was there but I called the next day and she said she would send the number on the hauler in. Guess not. But overall it was a good experience. I did recommend you all to a friend
