Gave me wrong directions. Confirm by phone at 7 am Nobody was in the location delay in opening the gate to go in and out I had to take the trailer and look for it by myself the contract and attention was by phone and not good . Really disappointed for the service terrible

Service was adequate but the tow dolly was not up to par. There was black duck tape over the wheel well next to the brake light/turn signal. I was pressed for time so I agreed for the rental. There were no other issues besides the appearance of the tow dolly with the u-haul name

Location staff were nice, but they didn't have my one-way trailer because their manager sent it to another location without updating the system to show it was gone. Luckily, I was able to take the local only trailer, it was just inconvenient to have to drive that far back to return it.

The truck we rented smelled strongly of gas inside. The check engine light was on. When I called roadside assistance like C.S. told me, it was not recorded and they say they dont see the pics i sent. I've escalated it to the regional manager and so far have yet to hear back from her or her assistant. I was made sick and couldn't drive the truck due to being 100% disabled vet with service related issues that were aggravated by the gas leak. I've told this to them and they refuse to help me. I also was pulled over by police due to their license plate light being out. It made me late om returning the final day. So far I see a lack of caring for those who gave to this country. Roadside assistance told me to ignore the check engine light and only call back if it actually stopped driving. This is unacceptable.

We had a really difficult time trying to drop off the truck and trailer because not only does this location only open part of the week, they also close early -- by 1pm--- That being said, they were not even at the location during posted open hours, the gates were closed, the office locked and we had a difficult time even getting them to answer the phone.--- It took several tries just to return our equipment. The man who eventually showed up acted impaired or drunk -- his speech was slurred and he did not seem very coherent.---- Several other customers arrived while we were there and they all left annoyed without receiving service.

Very accommodating rental experience. Didn’t have a reservation and was able to rent a truck within 20 minutes was out the door w/equipment I needed.

Uhaul equipment was not available so they gave me their personal dolly to use. The walk to the trucks is far when you have to carry personal items needed for your move. And after returning the vehicle, I received a rather rude email the following day stating that I had failed to return the truck and 2 dollies when in fact it was the company who failed to receive it back in the system. This was stressful because I could've been charged for something that I should not have.

This location was great! My original pickup location is where the issue lies. I was switched at the last minute to the Covey's in Shertz from the Naco-Perrin store after being promised the day before that the truck would be available. This caused me to have extra mileage for the rental and extra funds out of pocket as the Schertz location was further and out of the way.

I showed up to return the trailer at 10 AM in the morning. No one was at the location to help me remove the trailer. No one would answer the phones or return my messages I’m 100% disabled and had to unhook everything myself. I would not recommend this location for U-Haul at all. Very unacceptable very unfriendly. They should not even be a dealer.

Well my reservation was for 9 am and I had to wait for someone to get there to let me in. Once they got there they were very helpful but I was behind schedule for the rest of the day.

Trailers… why do they not have ways to lower and raise them? My back was severely hurting from having to lift even the empty trailer off the hitch for drop off. This is the second time I have rented a trailer and both times they are so heavy to lift.

Laraine & Jim Petrillo were very professional and helpful. We rented 2 large storage units for an extended period of time, and received a very competitive rate. They even found 2 that were side-by-side for us. We will return if we need a storage facility again.

Large facilities, secure location, friendly staff and good location. Despite U-haul booking me for vehicle storage when I needed a container, the staff fixed the problem quickly and saved the day.
