Make sure the personnel check in your equipment when you return it. I was contacted by Uhaul 2 days after I returned the trailer because they thought I hadn't returned the equipment!

Truck was out of windshield washer fluid and the cab could have been cleaned better from previous renter. There were crumbs and sticky spots on the passenger side dash and door.

I dropped off my trailer at the arranged drop-off location within the alotted time. The store was closed, so I called the 1-800 number to check in. The girl on the phone was a complete idiot. She kept telling me I never picked up the trailer, so my reservation had been canceled. Yet, she could SEE my reservation and confirmation number. She put me on hold for 30 minutes and then told me I would have to return the trailer to the pick-up location. Not happening. It was a one-way rental, it was 8pm and I was 200 miles away. Eventually, after putting me on hold again, she spoke with a manager and agreed to "LET ME" leave the trailer where I was supposed to leave it. I called the person working at the drop-off location the next morning to confirm the drop-off. Now, for the last 3 days, I've continued to receive emails and text messages asking when I would be returning the trailer. I have spoken to people on the phone. I've answered the txt message. I've done ALL I can do to explain that the trailer was picked up ON TIME at the agreed location and dropped off ON TIME at the agreed location. I have NEVER been so frustrated with U-Haul in my life!!!

I was allotted 4 days on my one way trailer rental. I had the trailer for 3 days, but was charged an additional day? When I asked the employee why she charged my card $22 she told me to call 1-800-GO-UHAUL...thanks but not thanks.

They said the trailer was good to go and get home and the tail light was out, and the guy tells us he checked and they are good, well don’t trust their word. We called and the system says to go on line to report, finally call back and get through and they can’t use the location tracker and the computer was down. Finally they send someone out to fix and they end up replacing the whole light. Needless to say we had a late start to our trip and put us behind and took away from our time we had to spent with family for our daughter wedding. We are a military family and we was trying to get our sons motorcycle to him.

After hearing my issues with my U-HAUL experience, they confirmed that my truck shouldn't have been rented out and the vehicle hauler trailer was unusable in the condition that it was given to me. I agreed and since time wasn't a luxury that I had to work with, I had to improvise. This location was friendly and accommodating and didn't find a reason to charge me for anything extra.

I liked that the owners live on the premises and it was entirely fenced in. The owners were really nice as well.

Thia location has declined me the service`s by saying they are privatly owned and cannot rent me a one month free storage as I was told online at uhaul website
