Yousif JThe drop box was very hard to find. Customer verification also took a very long time and was not mentioned at all on the website. Cut into a half hour of my time.
Ryan CLast two trucks I rented had some mechanical issues. This particular one needed the air bag serviced. Maybe the trucks can be linked to a satellite app to monitor the status of the vehicles or rotated out more frequently with the main hub for inspections. Otherwise, this was a great location and staff to go along with it!! Truck was available and clean.
Kara PVehicle was leaking from inside. When it rains water going inside the storage space in the back of the truck. I was driving and rain caught. Stopped at the gas station and opened the back to check for rain water. And found out water was leaking. And more thing. Vehicle is not enough oil efficiency. Mileage per gallon was terrible. U-haul should work on that more efficient vehicle for more mileage with less oil and co2

alyssa dThe pick up had a very strong canibus smell. Found it was in the vents by windshield, had to keep blasting the ac/heat to try to flush it out. Canibus kept flying out of the vents. Made sure to keep the windows down while driving smell was nauseating. Unfortunately some folks just don’t have sense. BUT staff was very courteous. Location good, would recommend same location.
Stephanie TWhile the paint may be peeling on the building’s facade, renting a UHaul from the Country Supply on Tonawanda St in Buffalo was THE BEST experience I have had with UHaul. Timely, competent, and efficient. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
