Did not know how to hook up a trailer. Damn thing came off my hitch less than a mile down the road
Jamie SIt took a long time for the assistant to document my reservation even though I checked in beforehand, and she had to call another person because the system wasn't working. The trailer itself was also not in good shape and dirty and it was in a spot on a hill where we had to physically move it ourselves before we could put the hitch on.
Lydia WWhen I pick up the dolly it was so caked in mud and gravel the I had to send a hour just cleaning the dolly so I could get the straps to work and had to work even longer to get the straps to work. I had to take to the car wash to clean it even before I use it. I took pictures of it before I use it for my records.
William FThe uhaul drove funny and probably needs to be serviced. It needs to be aligned and was idoling weird and shifting gears. Otherwise it drove okay.
Michael BI rented to dollies and neither were available. I did get a refund however that was not helpful because I needed them to move.
