Lower your dang prices!! By the time I paid for gas it cost over $600 just to rent the 10 ft. truck that's supposed to rent for $19.95 a day but then you add 79 cents a mile on top of that and it makes it way to expensive. I will use another carrier the next time!

I had to wade through water to get to the trailer. Fortunately I had a dry pair of shoes that I changed into after hooking it up. There ought to be a better way to get to those trailers than having to walk through water After or during a rain.

U Haul told us to drop the trailer off here since we had to return it early due to the 26ft U haul truck breakdown. This location just charged me $1.02 wrong location drop off fee. Please refund ASAP !!!

The location I rented the UHaul was above average, easy and fast, the UHaul was upgraded to me for the same price.The only complaint I have was the extremely high price for not replacing the 13 miles we used it for, plus the added charge to actually put the gas back in...I expected to get about 45-50.00 back( had left 100.00 deposit) and instead I got back less than 1.00!) I looked at gas hand when I got in the truck and was notch above half tank and when returned was still little above half so I didn't think we had used much at all..only 13 miles, but still ate up the remainder of my 100.00.....when gas was only 2.18 per gallon, in future I will make SURE to put couple gallons in...so that's THE only complaint I have with my experience....

It would have been nicer to have the truck ready to go, car trailer hitched up, and pads/ dollies waiting inside truck. Instead, despite my electronically filling out the forms, I still had to wait about 1/2 hour for my order.

I found this dealer in Muscle Shoals after the dealer in Sheffield (My home Town)failed to show for my appointment to pick up the trailer. The person whowas there had not been trained in the Uhaul system and could not rent me the trailer. Twice I tried to use the Family store in Sheffield and twice no one was present who could help me. I then went to another city Muscle Shoals, AL and was served promptly, by a professional organization. I will not use a dealer in Sheffield. I would highly recommend that you choose dealers in Sheffield who would represent the Uhaul name properly.

The location does not open till 10:00am, but when making reservations for pickup it would give you a 24 hour time span. Unfortunately we had to wait a couple hours to get the truck this was the only complaint I had which was not the establishments fault but the app itself which does reservations

I originally reserved online for 7pm pickup. I had to go to location to get dolly added. Lady was about to call me. They close at 6. She talked with someone at uhaul and gave me the key in the early afternoon. I did not pick up until 8:30 pm. And returned to location the next day by 4pm. Well within my 24 hr reservation. Yet I was still charged two days. Been waiting at 1800 gobuhaul for 30 min. Listening to instructions to do this So here it is.

James Counts was so professional and helpful!!! However, I had a horrible phone experience with "Lindsey" at Grand Rental Station in Florence... so rude. I called Counts Brother's immediately after and it was SUPERIOR customer service!!!!

And on top of that the last place I rented from didn't have the equipment I needed and took care of getting me set up with the new location. All I can say is you have an amazing group of dealers in the tri-city area!

For some reason my pickup location was changed. This created a problem because my original pickup was scheduled for Sunday. The new pickup location does not keep Sunday hours. The owner personally called me and kept my Sunday pickup which was greatly appreciated.

Better time management. The person who had my truck did not indicate they're time correctly, and I was delayed by 30 minutes. It would have been worse if they were actually still using it, because there was not another one available in my area.

The check engine light was on. The clerk did not seem like she enjoyed working in the customer service industry.

I had made a reservation. Upon picking up the truck I was told my truck wasn't there. U haul fixed this by re routing me to a differant location for a bigger truck than I wanted or had asked for. This was disappointing but at least I had a truck. They also compensated 25.00$ for gas on my request. However Noone walked through the truck with me and there was a light hanging down in the back. There was no dolly in it which I'm accustomed to from u haul. The abs light came on while I was en route with it which was scary. But a good point is the road side assistance was comforting. I was very unhappy to learn that I was being charged for going over on miles especially when I was not the one that decided how many I would need. Also the location where I picked up was a music store they had no interest in helping me other than to take my money. I have never written a review for any service before because I thought it was a waste of time. But this instance has prompted me to. I honestly believe nothing will come of this still. But I would like something to be done. Even if it is just compensating me for the 13$ I'm being charged for overage miles. 13 dollars is nothing to most people but its the quality in service I'm still searching for that does. Thank you for your time.

have the truck that you was confirmed for when you arrive. reserved a 15' truck, sent me a conformation that it was there, but it wasn't, had to use a 26' truck. way more than i needed

The U-Haul was shaking & jerking very unhappy with it...It wouldn't change out ...I would never rent another from them ...I called the place where I rented it bout 15 mins after leaving to tell them bout how it was sounding they said call the toll free number on the key...But wasn't no telephone number on the key
