It was difficult to find a smaller rental truck in the area. I wish we could of had a 20 foot truck instead. Other then that, these guys were great.

I had to return all the equipment the same day because my plans were cancelled at the very last minute. Still, U-haul charged me for in-town rental even when I didn't use the truck at all. The person in charge should have checked the miles between my house and the rental place to know that the truck was not used in-town. U-haul charged me 97$ for that.

Dropped off vehicle after hours. Was not able to get the app to work. Called location at 9 am and they told me they would get it checked in shortly. At 4pm vehicle was finally returned after the location had been opened for 7.5 hours. Customer service is not their priority.
