I am a single female and had to help the guy pick the trailer up to put it on my hitch, twice. It was the big trailer too so it was very heavy. I had a reservation but he made me step to the side while he checked everyone out. I was there before any of them. His internet is terrible so the whole process took likean hour, that i didn't have to spare. When I took it back, he was extremely rude. I will never stop there again, and neither will anyone I know

AKSHAY PI was sent to multiple locations all over Alabama and Mississippi and trucks weren't where they were suppose to be even though when I called to confirm my reservation of their was no mention of any issues. Worst moving experience and customer service I have seen with a moving company.
