The website and 1800 customer service representatives we not at all helpful. Everyone we talked to in person was wonderful. But over the phone was useless. It took us over all 3.5 hours to rent a truck and not even the one we wanted. I've used uhaul in other states and had wonderful experiences. This was complete bullshit and has turned me off to ever using uhaul again. I will be going with rider in the future.JORDAN V.

The truck was there and ready, half full of gas, the reservation was messed up, it had me going to Louisiana instead of Indiana, it had my name but someonelses email, it had someone else's driver's license, the use of the app took longer than expected and hung several times had to have three people work on it to get it corrected.don B.

We had an employee who was new to the "check in" process to obtain the U-Haul truck. He was trying his hardest to make the process work but had to call in to get help with changing information on some of the computer screens. In time, I'm sure he will get it down and make the process go faster.phillipa W.
To be fair, I arrived 3 hours earlier than I had anticipated to get the trailer, but the friendly fellow at the counter was not trained on the online registration. It took almost an hour before I could pull away. Again, the guys at this location are very friendly and were trying, but I think I will just go to the actual Uhaul center in Peoria for my next trailer.Andy M.
