Consistently opened after posted hours. Personnel were friendly and helpful but lack of punctuality wasted a hour of my time over the two days that I had to do business there. Could not use automated drop off due to Uhaul app. Not recognizing my location even though all settings where in proper configuration for it to do so.Frankie T.

I was double charged for my rental, and after returning the trailer I called the uhaul customer service number to ask why. I was told it was on hold until I returned the trailer, and would be refunded within a few day's after return. If I didn't have an extra 160.18 in my account I would have overdrawn. Truck wasn''t inspected/ready to go. 4 days reserved so they could have gotten a decent truck. I had to put two quarts of oil in it myself. If its burning that much oil then it needs serviced. I turned in my reciept fot the credit. The A/C does not work properly, needs recharge? The windows were dirty, at minimum wipe off the windshield. The truck also has multiple impact scars and needs repair. Overall it did its job but that truck needs to be out of the fleet or repaired to proper working order.Robert D.

The Uhaul representative was 30 minutes late meeting me at the location and it was storming He didn't check the vehical with me because of the rain. He didn't even apologize for being late. Also when I scheduled my truck online I ordeted a 15 foot and was allowed to book them they called me and said the truck was not available.LAVERNE B.

Everything so confusing. . People don't show up i m the location, reservation was confusing, uhaul by phone and email says oe thing and when you get in the location the real life is another.. My opinion is..Uhaul has to take some actions around Harrison County its a joke.Wanderson F.
Do not call the MAIN number listed online.... I got 3 different prices in 30 minutes, after 2 reps disconnected the call when putting me on hold; I had to call back & repeat. No return call to me to schedule pickup time as I was told. I finally called Pass Rd store and she told me the pickup time at Beatline Rd location, which is NOT where I wanted. But the Beatline Rd store turned out to give the Best Service out of the whole experience.shawn G.

Don't send texts with operational hours unless you're sure of them. My pick up location was changed via text and it stated the store opened at 6 a.m. hiwever, it didn't open till 8. I called the 24 7 hour number and that person dud send someone right over.robin B.

We have rented six trucks in the past six months due to our move from Indiana to laugh yet Louisiana we rented a truck in Biloxi and it was absolutely filthy we had to go have it cleaned up just to drive it we returned it we rented it for four days we returned it today we were one hour and 45 minutes late and we were charge for an entire extra day the man at the ice house on Pinhook was so rude we will never again use Uhaul again Do not rent or return to this location in lafayette Biloxi location was so nice Owner very rude in lafayette We need to rent again four more times to finish. BUt will not use Uhaul again because of lafayette location rudenessPam E.

The gentleman at the service location was fantastic! However, the uhaul representatives on the phone were completely rude! Un-helpful, short, demanding, and when my preferred pickup location had apparently changed, I was not informed. I was hung up on several times while on hold. It took over 2 hours on the phone with this so called "customer service" for the matter to be resolved. In the end, I still wasn't helped. Wasn't comped for the extra mileage to go get the truck, and was treated with the upmost disrespect. I will never use uhaul again. Ever.Robert C.

I had to go to 3 different places to get the tow dolly. The original place for pick up didn't have one... the one they had needed bearings replaced, the second one, it was missing a tire strap. The tech who was tasked to replace the strap didn't know how to select the power tools he needed. He had to scrounge around for the correct nut/bolt to secure the tire strap. One of the tires was almost bald. I finally had to go to the 3rd location to get what I needed. Took only 10 minutes for the whole paperwork and to hook up the tow dolly. I should have been instructed to go to the 3rd location first!Reuben S.

Tried to pick up truck at 2pm no one there until 445pm. Had previous reservation but he did not know how to access reservation number. so he filled out new paper work. Reserved truck week in advanced when we went to pick it up there was no truck the size I reserved available. wasted 4 hours trying to get a truck that should have been used moving. Had deadline to move and almost did not make and almost had to pay for extra day in apartment. Probably rent from some else next time. Daughter tried twice to get truck 6 months ago and was told one was available but when she got to location no truck was available. She started using Penske.JOHN G.
