No patience! I needed help getting the truck off the side walk. He got really upset when asked employee to assist. After that he proceeded to help me get to the street by stopping âœ‹traffic and escort me out. Very rude ðŸ˜'Consuela P.

Wanted (2) furniture Dollies but the location only had one. Owner offered me a utily dolly instead and I said no and didn't take it with me. Just got final bill and was charged $14 for it. I would like it removed from bill. Contract # 27763770 Thank youDavid D.
They were 30 minutes late on giving me my truck, because they had to use it for dropping of a car being towed by it. So I waited on site for that extra 30. They had the gas at the wrong level on the form from what the actual truck had, and I couldn't update it via the link because I had to wait so long for the truck, it expired and the guy wouldn't send me another one. So I had to call and email uhaul and fill in the missing pictures. Not to mention absolutely ZERO regular cleaning at all, since I found trash in the truck, so that means my safety with Covid was at an all time high and I needed this truck, so I was stuck by your company. And to put the cherry on top, they had the truck set to kilometers, so when I went to turn it in, they thought I drove 20,000 miles because of the kilometers setting. I hated the pickup location, and it was outright disrespectful to have me go there.Nicholas S.
There were many issues we had to deal with. The truck was very dirty to begin with. There was next to no fuel. I'm glad I got credited for it, when I filled up the tank, but it was still frustrating nonetheless. Worst of all there was a good amount of broken glass and debris in the back. This is tough as we were moving things and we didnt want them damaged. We were on a time crunch as well. All in all a very poor experience if I must say so myself.Artoun F.

They over charged me 10 + miles !!!! The contract had an incorrect amount of miles on it and I only knew this because I took a picture of the mileage right when I got in the car.nicole C.

Although the truck was in good condition, they did not have the 12 furniture blankets that I ordered - I was forced to buy moving blankets at a hardware store. Additionally, the blankets were laying on the ground in the parking lot, potentially getting oil and dirt on the blankets I was using on delicate antique furniture.Kayla S.
The stores didn't open until 11AM. My reservation was made for 10AM. Then UHaul canceled my reservation and had to wait another 30MIns. The lady rep was rude and hung up me!!Adam A.
Originally booked a 10' truck at another more highly rated location that was opened until 9pm and had after hour key drop. My reservation was scheduled to return at 8PM. Uhaul bumped me to this location. It opened 15 minutes late. The truck bed was dirty like someone moved landscaping items. Gas was only at 1/8 tank. Upon return the location actually closed at 5PM AND no key drop. After 20 minutes on hold trying to contact Uhaul, I was advised to lock truck and leave key in wheel well, but would still consider me responsible if something happen to the truck. Other option was to leave truck but deliver key next day by noon since this location opened at 10AM. I arrived at 1145AM and it was closed. Far and away the worst experience I have ever had with Uhaul. Avoid at all cost!Jamie K.
I rented this van for a video production. We ended up needing a bigger truck, so I return the van within an hour. Yet we were charged $80, which seems ridiculously high. The last time the situation happened to us at U-Haul, there was no charge.ZEV Y.

Truck was located in a dirty lot with what looked like abandoned cars. The small office in the back of the property was not open or manned. Had to wait 30 minutes for him to arrive. I did arrive before my reservation time but still unnerving to be stuck in this empty lot. The phone number on the sign was not answered and couldn't leave a message. He called me back on a different number. He was pleasant once he arrived but wouldn't go there again.Lars S.
The pick up time was 3pm, no one on site when we arrived and no one answering the two numbers I kept calling. They weren't available until 6pm, then when I drove the car off the lot there was extremely low air tire pressure so I had to go BACK...the entire experience took up most of the day when it should have been a half hour at most.Allison R.

I waited outside for an hour and a half for the owner of the location to show up with my keys. I originally chose the mobile/contactless pick-up option, however there was no "drop box" for the keys. I was instructed to go into the building to pick up my keys, however the location was closed. After getting in touch with UHaul over the phone, they were able to contact the owner and get him out to me. For this location, the option for mobile/contactless pick up should be removed. One of the UHaul employees I spoke to said there were previous issues with this location that he dealt with too. Overall, this location was disappointing.Elise R.
