Russell SWhen picking up the trailer I asked about the condition of the tires since these trailers stand a lot. I also asked what the recommended tire pressure must be, and they did not know. I ended up losing a tire on the freeway and had to wait 4.5 hours next to the road for assistance.

Jim TMy only complaint is that the van had 3/4 tank of gas. The attendant told me that if I brought it back with 1/2 tank I was good and would not be charged for gas. I did that and was charged $33 for gas after I turned in the van. I think that should be refunded. Other than that everything was great.

He had to pay more for a trailer that hauls cars. I was very upset at the time because someone was doing us a favor and waiting for him.

Stephen MWe attempted to book a trailer and since the charge was never cancelled, I was placed on an “E” file. I couldn’t pay off the charge and rent a trailer until this was resolved. No one was able to help me with this, and due to your mess up i couldn’t get a trailer and my small business was affected by this. No one was willing to help and I got was i need to call and resolve. Even calling did nothing and it’s disappointing to see this. We always rent from you and we got affected due to your error.

vijay kI was not warned that I would need two forms of ID in order to check in online. Thankfully, my husband was with me and able to be a telephone call witness. This information should be gathered upon reservation, not once onsite and wanting to get on with your move.

Kenneth LRenting a UHaul was a very difficult and tedious process. The office was closed when we arrived so we had to do the mobile check-in, which we knew when we made the reservation. What we didn't know is that it would take almost 30 minutes to complete the check-in. The pictures on the website were so hard to see and there was so much damage to the truck that we were worried that we might not be taking enough pictures of the reality of the condition of the vehicle. We received neither the dolly nor the moving blankets that we paid for. We had to go to the local car garage, who had a key for the facility so we could get the dolly and blankets we reserved. If I needed another rental van, I would not use UHaul.

Mark NAlthough I did all the pre-registration on-line including uploading photos of my driver's license, I was disappointed that the site computers were frozen and this delayed my departure to my job site by at least 20 minutes. All else was very good.
