The pricing at U-Haul is a scam. I saw advertised 40 cents a mile and was charged $1.00/mile and the dolly said $7 to rent is and I was charged $12. I also had my pick up location changed the day before which added more complications to our plan.

Suggestion: clean the in side of all windows. The accumulated grime caused glare when driving towards the sun. This was a long standing issue, I saw where multiple previous renters put suction cups for their phone / GPS. I would have cleaned the windows myself. but was on the clock and didn't bring Windex. Everything else was exactly as promised.

I was approved to pickup the truck and trailer at a location near my house then the day before I was scheduled to pickup the truck and trailer uhaul changed the location of my pickup I was not not happy that uhaul changed the pickup location after I booked the truck and trailer. This should not happen.

The location was fine, but the experience of using the u-haul after hours identify verification was infuriating. One of the poorest I've seen and couldn't complete it in the middle of the night standing in the parking lot of an auto repair I didn't have my mortgage or passport etc, who woulda thunk. Absolutely ridiculous and I'll be renting elsewhere because of it from now on, was that frustrated.

The two men who helped me were very kind and pleasant, but it took way too long for me to get a UHaul. The first one did not have a mileage on the odometer that matched the odometer on the contract. They could not figure out how to fix the issue, so they gave me a different UHaul, but in total it took more than 30 mins for me to be able to leave with a UHaul, which was a bit frustrating.

The attendant was very pleasant and took his time to explain the many conditions set by U-Haul otherwise they can hit you with additional charges which all seemed a bit ridiculous. But my dissatisfaction with UHaul was with the rental truck itself. The AC did not work. The vent blew hot air in the cab and I had extremely hot air blowing on my feet the whole ride . With it being 90 degrees outside it made the driving extremely uncomfortable. I put at least 120 miles in this truck and I will not be renting another unless I am guaranteed these conditions could not be repeated. It wasn't just the fact of no AC as I can live without it , but it was the extremely hot air from the engine that heated the cab and was just unacceptable! With all the additional charges that UHaul can throw at me for not following their rules, where is my compensation for them releasing a truck that was almost unbearable to drive. Very dissatisfied customer here !

This was the most professional and helpful location I've dealt with. AJ met me at the truck return area and assisted with receiving our vehicle. He was courteous, kind and very professional. He is a very good representative for not only U-Haul but Corderos Auto Repair. I will definitely recommend this business.

Improve your scheduling department and don't rent out equipment that you don't have. It is not the customers problem that you don't have enough equipment to go around. Allowing people to extend their equipment rental without a legit reason screws they next people in line waiting to rent equipment. Your customer service and scheduling departments are a joke. Very dissatisfied with my overall experience dealing with anyone from uhaul. I can safely say I will never rent a uhaul trailer again

The person in charge was extremely friendly and professional. He took the time to explain and detail everything perfectly and even repeat the points I did not understand the first time, although we were the 5th customers on line. It was Saturday morning and the he was supposed to be on weekend since the Friday but still was very kind with us and allowed us to park our car at the back of the garage for the day and did everything he could to make our rent great. I would highly recommend this place.

My only suggestion is to increase the size of the openings on the drop off box- the key of the truck I rented would not fit through the hole. Otherwise a great experience. I would definitely recommend this location.

Very low phone signal in that location and had to walk back and forth, in and out of the parking lot to process the pick up and drop off online. However, it may be because I have T-Mobile. Other than that, it was a decent location to rent a truck. While outside the parking lot, where I had phone signal, I was able to contact a U-Haul representative (Danielle) who was super helpful and patient with us. We really appreciated her help as it was our first time renting a U-Haul truck online.

So, I was sent here after requesting a 15ft truck from another location. The original location apparently didn't have any like they said they did so I got sent 25 miles away from my pick up spot to this locstion. Annoying, but I was actually glad it happened! Aj at the front desk was SUPER AWESOME. He was very nice and energetic and explained everything to me and asked if I had questions or needed extra help. He was very knowledgeable about the whole process. Even confirmed they gave me extra miles because of the new pick up location. The new pick up wasnt his fault since they don't work for uhaul directly just store and rent out their trucks. So I wasnt mad about any of it toward him. Even though this is farther away from my house I would come back. Super easy process and the staff was great. Highly recommend this place to pick up or drop off.

The staff at Corderos was extremely helpful: pickup and drop-off went quickly and smoothly, they clearly explained the conditions of my rental, as well as helped me understand how to drive the van - since this was my first time using U-haul. I cannot comment on the service at the counter, however future renters will need to know that mobile phone service at this location is very limited, resulting in very slow upload times for all the photographs the online rental requires. The online checkout and checkin both work, but patience is required while the photos upload.

They recorded the wrong starting mileage. UHaul ended up billing us for hundreds of miles that we did not drive. The dispute has never been resolved. We ended up not renting from UHaul for many years for our business. Penske is pretty happy with the thousands of dollars we spent there.

The service provided by Corderos is excellent. U-Haul should provide a few more dollies to them. Occasionally they don't have enough dollies for all customers.

Everything worked well and both, the pick-up and the drop-off, were easy using the app. Note for improvement: if extra items are not available, like dollies, it would be nice to be notified as soon as possible, instead of finding out yourself after opening the truck.

I don't even know where to start. I selected a location that was .2 miles from my house. Turns out the truck i booked wasn't there and then I was sent to a location 46 miles from my house. The only good thing was the service rep on the phone gave me some money and extra miles for all that travel. When I got to this new location, there is no sign stating that this is a Uhaul rental place. It's a garage to fix cars that also has uhauls. When i got there, their whole team was eating lunch out in the customer waiting error and smoking cigarettes. The place was dirty and it took a while for the person to actually help me, felt like i interrupted their lunch and they were fine with me waiting. From there, the check out itself was a little unprofessional. I asked if they needed my parents license to add to the rental and they said no, skimmed through the instructions, insurance and signatures. I put my credit card in, then they gave me a contract from a printer that was clearly running out of ink, a broken key tag and told me where to find the truck. What really pisses me off and makes me never want to rent from uhaul again is my credit card number being stolen. I only used this credit card at uhaul, normally i use debit or pay cash, so this uhaul was the only charge on this credit card and the next day I get a call from my credit card company stating there has been fraud on my card - someone stole my card number and tried to charge over 5,000. I am furious because I had to cancel that card and have a new one all while moving to a new state. I am furious with your company and would never recommend it to anyone after this experience. Oh, and on top of that, the truck had dog hair everywhere when we got it. My parents took pictures but that is unacceptable, what if I was allergic.
