The truck a 15' van needed a lot of work. The ignition did not turn very well, it had to be pulled forward and turned at the same time, the check engine light was on, the brake light was on, when driving the truck, it pulled so hard to the right that you actually had to pull the steering wheel to the left to drive straight. After the receipt was emailed to me, I noticed it said it had a 1/2 tank of gas upon rental, it only had 1/4 of a tank of gas, we put 20 gal of gas back into the vehicle upon return, which took it to 3/4 of a tank of gas. As for the cleanliness of the truck, the cabin has probably not been cleaned on the inside in quite a while, the windows were very dirty, the inside was dusty and smelly, and the air conditioner did not work. Now the bed of the truck was clean, it did not have the blankets that I asked for, but I made do without them. Overall, I was very disappointed in the shape of the equipment, it was not a safe vehicle to rent out. I was on a very severe time crunch and did not have time to go back, but the location I rented from, I was not impressed with the service from them either. I was just thankful it didn't break down when we were using it. It was 107 that day and was very miserable without the air-conditioning. I used the location because it was convenient to my house, that mistake will never happen again.Deb S.

The maintenance light was on. The pickup location was half a mile away. Cleaned though and worked fine. Good air conditioning on a hot day!Lori B.

I did register online. I got to place and he cancelled my reservation and made a new one. He said the truck was not available. However he re entered a registration for the smae size truck. It seemed to charge more than i had done online. Because he did not have dollies nor clothes.Cynthia B.
On my pickup, the paperwork had incorrect mileage and fuel level. On my return, the kid at the counter tried to charge me more for mileage and fuel level. Fortunately, I photographed the dash before I left and used the photo to prove my bill correctly.Nicholas B.

Please read the full review and take action if you can. Firstly, they changed the location and haven't updated it on U-Haul. And the real problem happened when dropping of the vehicle. The key was not fitting in the drop box. So when I contacted the customer care.. they were able to contact the store general manager. He first asked us to put the key in locker 4 which is not there at all.. then he told us the wrong code for locker 3.. at last when I asked the customer care associate to connect the manager with me.. he was straight up rude.. I waited there for almost an hour just to drop the key.. I should be the one frustrated.. but the manager was shouting.. being sarcastic and scolding.. I don't know how these people are even existing in this world among us.. and he is a store's general manager. This is the worst ever experience I had so far in my life.Mohana Krishna J.
I am totally upset with UHaul that they did not have my â€œreserved and confirmâ€ and appliance dolly reserved and waiting at my neighborhood U-haul as indicated on all my email receipts. Instead, after showing up for on-line check-out we were told no truck was available, so we had to go to 30 minutes, 15 miles further out of our way adding gas, milage and time to our costs. It is a pure bait and switch. I will be following up with phone calls To corporate!!Alan H.
The vehicles are very old. When we are paying hourly and agian asking us to refill tank is too much. Except it is convenient, no other benefits renting from uhaulvishwanatha K.

I wouldn't recommend this location at all I would recommend uhaul but this location needs pest control asap. I was standing there waiting to finalize my rental transaction and I seen a rat running across the convenience store. The worker looked because I know he knew what it was and he tried not to acknowledge it but it was too late I had already seen it.ALMA C.

When we went to pick up the uhaul there were giving us a hard time. When we got to our storage to empty it out and we opened the trunk of the uhaul it was so dirty and disgusting it stinked so bad bad trash and some weird liquid that was stinking everythingarnaldo jr P.
Very poor customer service at this location in Coppell TX. We had reserved a truck plus a utility dolly and two floor dollies. Only the truck was available when we arrived for our pick up. They made no effort to help contact other locations to get proper equipment, we had to do that ourselves which delayed us an hour and a half from getting our moving done. The other two locations we attempted to call in Lewisville TX would not answer their phone so we kept getting directed to a main phone number. After driving to a couple of U Haul locations we were eventually able to get one floor dolly and one utility dolly.Mike B.

U-Haul never completed my scheduling so I had wait at this site for 30 minutes to not have the vehicle then go to another place where U-Haul was not setup which required me to then go to another location. A colossal mess.Vishal S.
