Johnny CThe man working was very rude when I asked why he needed more information than my driver's license, phone number and credit card. The truck was filthy, the printer was broken and I couldn't get a receipt. To top it off, the man tried to charge me an extra 15 dollars on the 3 hr rental. When returning, I had to wait 20 mins because the previous customer was assigned a truck that was blocked and he couldn't get it out of the space so the manager had to reassign a vehicle which took 20 mins. Of course the Uhaul man didn't make any effort to be nice while I waited and waited. No apologies, no "thanks for using Uhaul", no receipt when leaving. The man seemed shady and upset that I called him out on the 15 dollar overcharge.

Joshua WThe truck had a bad exhaust leak. Had to drive with windows down to keep eyes from burning. Truck was in rough shape and should be retired.
han pThe right tire on the trailer was bald and showing the threads. This was on outside edge of tire tread, and for about 1/2 of the tire circumference. I didn't notice this until after I made the trip from Kentucky to Michigan with it. I'm lucky it didn't blow out on me during the trip. I think if it had been summer and not winter, I'm sure the tire would have blown out on me.
Gary MNobody was there. Several small buildings so was not sure where to go. I returned the truck with more gas then I received it and was still charged for extra gas.

LEBRA RNothing he was wonderful from pickup to drop off. This location is friendly, best location in the area overall and I have used all locations a time or two. Will not use another location at all.

LEBRA RThere was problems trying to get the truck I had requested. Had to go to bigger truck and was there for 2 hours trying to get a truck. I brought it back with more gas than when I picked up. It said 224 miles until empty. When I returned it said 271 miles until empty. The location of the gauge was almost the same place but was charged for fuel. There was a safe fee charge for $5 and I have no idea what this is. When I need a truck again in a few months I will probably go back to Penske.

Gina CI asked for a 15 foot truck, showed available when I made the reservation, it was not available when we got there was told the people never returned it and to wait till 1 in the afternoon and it should be back, we waited and never got the truck we wanted but instead got a 24 footer which was more truck than was ever needed.

Michael BI reserved a 26 foot truck. When I arrived, this vehicle was not ready (the location was closed so no way to amend the issue). Customer service informed me that there was only a 15ft that was ready to go. I did not get the equipment I reserved. (Though I was charged for them). When I got into the truck, it smelled heavily of smoke and there was dirt and debris everywhere. Looked as if there may have been dried milk all over one of the cup holders, along with trash under the passengers seat, indicating that the previous renter was a smoker. This truck was also damaged EVERYWHERE. The key did not unlock the truck on the driver side. I had to unlock the passenger side and crawl through to be able to unlock the drivers side. When I returned the truck, the rep was very dismissive of anything I had to say. And was cursing under his breath the whole time. As we walked back to try and resolve the Dolly charge issue, he slammed the door and uttered another profanity. At this point, I was just ready to leave the location. I will not be returning to this location again.
Jason HThe only bad thing was he charged me $15.38 for gas, but I just filled it up 8miles from the dealer. And the truck was not full when I picked it up, they that I need to return it the same way a little under full.

Ashley HAgent asked to charge fuel to my card, even though truck was returned with more than adequate level. When I questioned this, he just didn't respond, then got in his car and sped away, throwing gravel on my personal vehicle, damaging windshield and chipping paint on driver's door. Before I could even get out of the parking lot, I received a notice that my card was charged for $95 in fuel. Uhaul customer service apologized and refunded the fuel charge and I am currently in process of filing a damage claim. It was extremely odd and unprofessional interaction, which left me confused about the mindset of this agent and concerned for other customers who may encounter him.
