Patrick SAs far as I am concerned, everything and everyone was top notch. My thanks and appreciation to everyone involved, from the people at pick up and drop off to the call center. We had to extend our rental because much of the move was done by my daughter and myself and we were getting physically exhausted.
richard vThis was a very small location with a very tight lot. We were not greeted the man just unhooked the trailer parked it and said thank you. We thought we had to sign something or get a receipt as it was our first time. Not likely to recommend this location in the future.

Steve SThis location is part used car lot and part U-haul help. There was no room to return the truck, ended up parking it on a nearby street in a residential area. The U-Haul rep was very good, however.

Gonzalo QI fully understand that U-Haul is a franchise company, but this location is substandard to all the other U-Haul locations that I’ve used in the past. Their phone number that’s listed on the contract, it’s busy despite whenever you call, so not sure if that’s a good number or not. The location specifically is not clean and does not present a welcoming business to customers. This specific location is not a good reflection of U-Haul as a business as a whole. Nothing personal against the owners of this franchise at this location, but this location is substandard at best.

Jeremy JThe Location has always been a little slimy. Last time I rented here they tried to sneak extra insurance on. This time I knew they would try it again and they did. I stopped him and had him take it off. Then found out right after leaving they had the wrong mileage on the truck so when I return it would show I drove 10 miles more than I did. I had to go back in to get them to correct it.

Milton PI was really happy to get a 26' truck with low miles and updated radio with bluetooth. Unfortunately it got a service light just before I got to my destination. I had to drive back (45 min each way) to swap it out. Luckily had not packed the truck yet. The next truck was not as new and didn't have the bluetooth but was very clean and functioned well with no issues. Location staff was very friendly and accommodating. They made sure all my rental equipment was in place and clean. I really like that this place is open late Saturday and on Sunday.
Shelly SThis location was very strange to us. We thought it was a car dealership for are used cars at first we had to triple check the address and then finally called the telephone number and and finally we realize it was not a Uhaul distributor
FERNANDO LI declined extra insurance with my online reservation but when inreturned the trick and received my charge there was a 15 dollar add for insurance I only drove the truck for only 15 miles so I’m not happy about that.
Kevin JWas told there was 3/8 tank. Go out there and the line is touching 1/4 tank. I think, oh well I guess that's how they measure it. Return it with more fuel than when I picked up. Somehow get charged for 3 gallons of fuel.

TONY CMy original pickup location was in San Marcos however that location didn't get their trucks back. We had to drive an additional 20 miles for the pickup. The New Braunfels office staff were really nice they got us in and on the way in a timely manner.
Celeste AThere was no improvement needed! I mentioned to the very thorough & professional lady (Theresa) that booked the reservation for me that I needed help loading the items. I was able to hire a staff member from UHaul to assist with this. She also truly cared & was weary of my situation in which the items I was going to pickup were in an unincorporated area & sent their staff member (Abraham) to the site right away to keep me safe. I would highly recommend taking advantage of hiring a member of their staff as they were helpful & professional. I had never used UHaul in the past but would highly recommend to anyone that needed a truck or assistance. Awesome experience!!!.
ANNE MThis staff and location is far above average grom my experiences with Uhaul. Seems like every truck and trailer I have rented out of New Mexico has been a beaten piece of junk? Uhaul in NM needs to up their commitment to the customer.
