BARBARA AAbsolutely nothing could be improved. Nice lot, big open area that makes it super easy to maneuver in and out with any trailer. Proprietors were friendly and knew exactly what they were doing in regard to connecting the trailers, literally I was in and out in five minutes 👍

David bI was charged an extra 62 miles when I only went 140 something miles on a guaranteed 160 miles before being charged extra money... VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE WAY UHAUL HANDLED MY NOT GOING OVER THE 160 miles on my rental. I expect my money returned to me ASAP..........

Shawn BMy uhaul smelled bad. It smelled like pot had been smoke in it and the back of the truck hauled it. It was not clean and I had to travel across six states scared I would be contained if I was pulled over just to prove there was no pot in the truck because it smelled so bad. Then I was delay leaving McAlester and did not reach Jacksonville on my schedule date. Thank you, Alex Pippins
