My only complaint is the side view mirrors. I could not figure out how to adjust them. As they were, they were useless. I could not see the cars on either side. Please, either make them adjustable, or post instructions about how to adjust them. (There were many other instructions posted inside the cab.) Without my son looking out the side window and helping me change lanes I would have been in a very unsafe situation.

My first experience wasn't great. Showed up to the Highlands facility and had to call in to find out the truck reserved was in an accident previously with a gas line cut. Customer service was great and I was able to rent over at Federal. Thank you!

the self checkin process is a bit miserable. if I need to verify my license, why couldn't I have done that with the app *before* checking in? waiting for 20 minutes while a representative verified information, in my mind, defeats the purpose of the phone self check in

The price of .79 cents a mile is too high. It shouldn't cost 218$ just to borrow the truck for one day. And filling the tank up brings it closer to 300$.

There was quite a line of customers when I picked up the truck but I would assume that this was a peak pickup time (weekend morning). Perhaps a second agent during these peak times would help.

The truck wasn't the right size that I had ordered, it was smaller requiring more trips to complete the move. The smaller truck clearly hadn't been cleaned, it had what appeared to be chew in one cup holder and salt/sugar in the other cup holder. Not a little, but significant accumulation of whatever this stuff was. The floor of the truck also had trash in it. The truck also had a little over a quarter tank of gas, so I immediately had to put gas in the truck before I could do any moving. Overall, this was a terrible UHaul experience from start to finish.

Marijuana all over the truck, extremely dirty and with traveling over state lines absolutely not okay. We had to clean it but after all the difficulties of actually getting the truck we had no other choice.

The reservation wasn’t put in the system correctly even though we covered all the details on the call. When I showed up everything was wrong, so the attendant cancelled the reservation and rebuilt it. Then proceeded to quote me a more expensive price. I had to call support to finally get it taken care of. The woman who fixed it was very helpful. I will avoid using U-Haul in the future.

Vehicle was not where we were last told it would be, second place did not have the vehicle and the person did not speak any English. Originally I was told and they took my credit card information and when we finally after 30 miles driving around found where the vehicle was going to be they would not take the credit card that I had given them over the phone ended up on the phone for over an hour trying to reach different people to help out. This was the nightmare from hell and I will never ever recommend you all They compensated me by giving me 30 extra miles from an extra day which we did not need they needed to correct this and give me the vehicle for free. Horrible horrible customer service.

The windows were dirty and I had to clean them off shortly after I picked the can up. I don’t think the cab was as clean as I expected it to be. I wonder if the floor had been vacuumed up? The dash was a little dudty ad well. It wasn’t filthy —- just not as clean as my experiences in the padt.

I was upset that my address was in Westminster CO 80234 yet my drop off said I had to go to downtown Denver to drop off the truck on federal boulevard. That is ridiculous I got several E mails and text messages repeatedly telling me I must drop off at that location. That is ridiculous when there was one right around the corner you wasted my gas time and money. I am the consumer I am right and I am the 1 that pays you for a service your service sucks get it together.

Unless looking to rent outside of office hours, I’d recommend using the staff and desk as opposed to the mobile process which took a bit longer than expected. That was my mistake, as I should have just went to the rental counter inside rather than the online process. Van was in great condition and the overall process was terrific, thank you!

The reservation process should be more clear about when reservations are "confirmed." Dont sent a confirmation email unless the date and time are locked in! Had a very difficult time confirming the reservation for the correct time and date, which caused a lot of moving day stress. The truck was great though, and customer service was helpful once we got ahold of them but it took awhile to do that.

App check in was very burdensome. Need to tell people what sort of verification is needed before they show up to rent their vehicle. I abandoned the app and ended up checking in with the attendant.

It was a gas station. It felt odd picking up a truck rental there, although the truck was ready and the attendant was helpful.

I believe they should tell you how much gas is required to fill 1/4 tank. I overfilled and don't think it is appropriate to just shrug it off. Shouldn't the tank be full at all times?

The person who gave us the keys did just that.. no instructions on how to use the truck, just here are the keys. For example, we starting on the interstate and it started shaking like crazy. My husband pushed the tow button and it seemed to be better. But, a quick explanation would have been better. The truck had not been washed. the windshield was very dirty. Afterwards, it kept going and all was well.

Pickup wasn’t fully cleaned but took a couple wet wipes to clean it so I didn’t get charged for someone else’s crap. Other than that no issues. Clerk was nice.

The truck was filthy. It took several hours to make it clean enough to ride in. Additionally, the truck pulled to the right, causing strain in a 2,000 mile trip.

Everything was great, except one thing. I had hired a moving company to provide two movers to help me unload my stuff I did this through the Uhaul website. On the day of the move, I was driving to my dropoff/unload location with a packed 10ft truck and the movers left me a message saying "Due to unfortunate circumstances, we cannot help you today" and basically good luck. I called Uhaul, who put me in touch with the Movinghelp.com company, and they got me another mover... but it was an additional $30. While I see that it was last minute, it indeed wasn't my fault and I do not think it was fair to pass that extra cost onto me. Because of this, my budget was blown and I could not tip my movers more than $30. Money is tight when you move.

Sam was amazing. He ran that store like a champ, fast and professional. Even tho this is a gas station, its 10x faster than a normal uhaul. Recommend!!! ?

I am horribly disappointed I returned the vehicle in clean and excellent condition and was charged $25.00for cleaning ,I could not tell you how upset this makes me, I went through great lengths to make sure that I would meet all requirements and fill this is nothing more than a money grab.

Horrible experience 1--reserved 2 hand trucks and they did not have them and was very rude about it--said "it is not their problem" and if I wanted them I had to call the other uhaul locations 2--I spent an extra $300 on additional help because we did not have hand trucks 3-- when I called the corp office to complain I got the same rude response 4--the truck was filthy and in bad repair..driver door would not close properly and came open when I was driving ..very dangerous After reading the reviews for this location I should have known better. I will continue to spread the word of very bad service Not sure how you guys stay in business.

I was suppose to receive an employee discount and both of the people working had no idea how to credit me. Extremely frustrating. The final charge was $70 more then the quote???? Terrible and no customer service.

I wouldn't recommend Uhaul of any location to anyone. The experience was terrible because it began with the Conoco on 38th Avenue at Tennyson. Thank goodness the person at the federal location had the Integrity to do a good job. He was the only one in an otherwise terrible customer service experience.

This location is only a gas station. I felt the person hitching the trailer to my car was in a rush to get back to the gas station. He had to lock the door to the station since he was the only one on site.

location is a convenient store, there was only one person working the counter, so we had to wait while he took care of other people paying for food, gas etc... Also, I requested a confirmation of the return while I was there, and he said I would receive an email receipt. Its been almost 24 hours and I have not received it yet.
