Very friendly and professional agent. 1 minor critique is allowing smoking in vehicle . Not a deal breaker for me but some may find it offensive.

The only issue I had was the book was missing so we did not know how to adjust the mirrors. However, I called and they texted me pictures right away. Unfortunately, that didn’t help either. My suggestion would be to check your mirrors before leaving and get help if needed. I would highly recommend this location.

The WORST experience!!! Reserved our moving van in mid July for pick up on Sept 1st. Called the day before bc I was unable to do express check-in online so called the location. Was assured we were all set for the next morning but told not to come until 8:30 or after bc van was likely not going to be available for us to pick up earlier than that. I asked “anything else we need to do?” Answer “you’re all set!” My husband went to get our van (moving our daughter into Boston which is a nightmare if all goes well!) and arrived at 8:45. Was told reservation was cancelled bc we weren’t there by 8:30. What???? Never, ever given any indication that would happen. Then the reservation agent lied and said she called my husband’s cell phone when we didn’t show at 8:30. Not true - no calls on my husband’s phone and he showed her his phone. We did get a van at noon but the extreme stress of the situation was horrendous. We then only had 5 hours to make two trips from our home to Boston with our daughter’s furniture, etc. The entire experience was HORRIBLE and I would NEVER rent from these people and/or UHaul again. Reservations mean nothing to them, even when you make the extra effort to call and confirm the day before. Like the Seinfeld episode at the Chinese restaurant where they “can take the reservation” but cannot “hold the reservation!” DO NOT rent from here unless you love extreme stress added to your move!!!

It should be easier to find out how much it would cost to drop off the rental at a different location. The rep had to create a different order and was not able to complete it and then start over with the original because the system was too complex.

Truck was clean and ready. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Got me in and out quickly. Very easy pick up and return. Truck ran well. no issues. No maintenance issues. Truck gets great gas mileage, too. I will be back to rent again. Thank you, Ernie Sabatino

Very disappointed in the vehicle which is a GMC 10' Box. The suspension was so bad it shook the rear view mirrors out of position so that I had no visibility on the right side. Made it very unsafe. The accelerator had no response for about an inch or two, then the vehicle took off quickly. I drove this vehicle 18 miles according to my receipt, I put in 2 gallons of gas before returning it, and when I was emailed the receipt they informed me they had to add two gallons of gas at 4.25 a gallon, which is twice the charge of actual cost PLUS a fee of $30.00. So 4 gallons of gas for 18 miles??? This vehicle gets less than 5 MPG? Give me a break! DO NOT RENT THIS VEHICLE!

Woman at this location was great I was suppose to get my rental the night before. I showed up at 6:30 doors are locked. called the headquarters after three transfers and almost 30 minutes on hold and talking to people their solution was I could go to Salem to get a rental and then she said Wilmington. Cindy was the last person I spoke to the manager from reservations I guess worst experience I've ever had in my life dealing with a manager. Didn't really want to listen to anything I said just said those are my two options.I highly doubt after this experience of dealing with Cindy that I would ever use this company again I'll recommend this company. The only reason I did rent the the next day was because they screwed up Friday so bad for me I had no other alternative or I would have went somewhere else. continually treated like it was my fault that nobody was at the office to give me the keys. Management at reservations needs to maybe get retrained and out of talk to customers. I can't stress enough what a nightmare this created for me and to get to zero empathy from a manager is unacceptable so because of that I will never use ihaul again. I will say the woman at the location I I picked up the van the next morning was great empathetic courteous and apologetic. It's amazing when you have those traits that you can diffuse a bad situation. I would send Cindy over and maybe have this woman trainer if she is going to stay with your company
