It is not recommended due to vehicle was not cleaned and having some smell of oil or something. I opened my both windows until reached at home.

At the time of pickup, the attendant was talking on the phone, in her mother language, sure about something else than the business, still talking as she handle me the key, and as I received the truck with half a tank of gas, I thought had not to worry about gas, she did not explained I had to bring the tank half way too. Bad customer service.

I felt the service provided was of top category. I asked fee questions to the lady owner there and I must say that she was veryyy veryyy polite and patient and answered all my question in a professional manner. Although I have shifted to different location which is actually far from this Uhaul location, but going forward would always prefer to take the Uhaul truck from this location. FIVE BIG STARS ??????????

I reserved a truck for two days, i got a call confirming the rental. the next day i received a call from "dispatching" saying the reservation was changed to 1 day and would be a day latter. This is unacceptable customer service. either fix your reservation system or make it a phone in only process. Currently all is does is upset customer plans and make the company look bad.

Quick check-in to grab my keys from the front desk. The truck was dirty due to the previous driver from BC to the drop-off site, requiring me to stop at a gas station to clean off the dead bugs off the windshield. Other than that, the truck was in good condition.

This the first time I have moved for location to other location to pickup the vehicle ,first location close before the pickup time,2nd location I get call before the system update need to pickup the vehicle early the store close before store hours . center call shut down the phone first time ,2nd call she give me the location without any SMS massage lucky I get call form the store because she want to close early before store hours .

Teach her customer care. She acted like she was granting me a favour. She tried to give me a truck that couldn't even start, and insisted that it was ok, so I asked her to come and showed me how to start it. The key was code locked according to her. She had to search and find me the next key. Look, I have been using Uhaul now for over 35 years. .New York to Canada. Do better!!

They charged my credit card for two days rental even though the cube van was returned in 24 hours.When I called them about it they said they will look into it but never did any thing.

The initial booking I had was to a location near Streetsville Mississauga. However, U-Haul's guaranteed truck policy failed and our truck was not there due to being double booked online. We had to relocate to another shop and the lady there was very polite. The owner at the previous store let us speak to the supervisor/dispatcher and was able to book us at another location. Initial booking was for July 2nd @ 9:30AM. The person that was supposed to return the truck wasn't due until 3:00-4:00PM. Unsure why U-Haul's system failed, but this was not good. Especially when we're short for time. Guess next time, book your truck a day before moving day because you can't rely on these companies, unless I am part of that 1% that the system failed, - unfortunate.
