One thing I am very much disappointed because I got my reservation done online but store had no stock available. I was so much annoyed beacuse nothing was available. I know that it was end of the month but you should have proper coordination with store. Otherwise I like uhaul services very much.

BRUNO DI got ripped off. I found females underwear in one of the rented pickup trucks Disgusting. I complained and all the store said was " sorry about that" I have rented to this uhaul outlet three times now The last time they ripped me off in km's. I will never use them ever again. I got used and abused

HANI EThe engine light came on then it started to flicker. We felt very unsafe. The truck was very dirty with dog hair and sticky spill marks on the dashboard and inside of the door. Will never rent from U-Haul again.

AJMAL KThe customer service is too bad try to change the service to different location. They are doing the paperwork's next day after drop of and asking for more gas where I provided the exact gas at the time of return.
ABI DWindshield washer fluid is leaking and it created issue while driving as windshield was not clear.

MOHAMMAD ZCustomer service was terrible! They charge extra for gas fuel deficiency but you have to prove to corporate to get your money back which I do with pictures... But it is a complete hassle!!! Whenever there's an option to use another location, I always do so... That location is a poor reflection of U-Haul's overall customer service in my opinion.

GURPREET SThe lady was very rude. The truck was not properly serviced and cleaned. The mileage was very less. Spent over $45 for 41 miles. Very frustrating experience. I had to go back because the lady said the fuel is slightly low even though the needle was at the same spot because we filled $30 before dropping the vehicle. I saw the bill for fuel and I had to get it refuelled again for $15 because the rude lady/egoistic lady billed us wrongly.

istvan mLocation got changed no communication only tried calling once no voicemail no email no text. How we gonna know??? They made us to go from brampton to Mississauga location. Wow and the price i paid online about 60$ but on the location they charge us 119$.

Shrey SI recently had an excellent experience with Preet from U-Haul. I had booked a truck for 7:00 AM, but due to unforeseen circumstances, I arrived around 10:00 AM to pick it up. Unfortunately, my reservation had been canceled. I was in a tight spot and feeling quite stressed. Preet stepped in and was incredibly helpful. She quickly arranged another truck for me, despite the busy morning. Her efficiency and understanding saved the day. Preet's excellent customer service turned a potentially disastrous situation into a smooth experience. I am truly grateful for her assistance and highly recommend her for anyone needing help with U-Haul services.

Promoth Nlocation was great Comment on the website - when I put in a postal code or area, it will show me rental locations for that area but not surrounding. I was tring to find the closest rental to Toronto Pearson airport. I would get different rental locations if I put in Etobicoke or Mississauga or Brampton, etc, but all I wanted was the closest in any direction - very annoying - I had to search like 5 times to find the closest.

akram eI booked at Speckless auto detailing Retailer at 1089 Britania Mississauga location for Sunday at 10 am. I arrive there 15 minutes early then find out no equipment is available, no one is answering my calls, after 30 mins.of waiting somebody answered my call and advice me to go to other location. we arrive to other location bout 10:30am already I was booked for 10am pick up and 3pm is the time to return the truck. U-haul is very reasonable to give me a compensation credits but still charge me for late return of the truck while I came on time to return the truck but took me about 7 minutes processing the return online and putting the key back to the compartment coz they are asking to takes more photos to be sent and uploaded. I got charged for LATE ReTUrn. I pick up the truck Late a for their mistakes.
