Dave MThe person that was to help me hookup and give me the blankets I rented felt it was more important to talk to his friend for 35 minutes while I was waiting. I went ahead and hooked up the trailer myself and he still didn’t give me the blankets for another 10 minutes. Then when he did finally come over he didn’t even speak to me. He left before I even had time to get in my vehicle to check all the lights.

Nicholas MWe had a thunderstorm the night before we left. The truck was loaded and ready to go. When we arrived in Kinsley we found water had leaked into the truck inside the truck where the cab connects to the truck. We have photos of damaged boxes and wet items. Several items fell out of boxes when we picked them up and we had some broken dishes in boxes in the area that goes over the cab. We were not pleased that the truck leaked.
Steven PThis was a tow lot with a U-Haul location. Had a drop box for the key & I left the truck. Called their number & owner said he would check the truck in later & thanked me for dropping off key. He had the truck checked in later & emailed my receipt. Very friendly & easy to deal with

RYMIE CDropped off after hours, so I can’t give much of a review.
Diana MMiddle of nowhere and an absolute dump of a place - almost nowhere to park - seemed confused and surprised to see me.
David UI was unable to connect to the server with my iPhone. I was able to contact a staff member and received instructions from her as to what I should do. She was most helpful.

Bryon LThe grounds were very muddy and crowded with other trailers and cars and tow trucks. That's understandable since the area was not hugely accommodating to all the vehicles. Being muddy wasn't the owner's fault. since it had just rained a lot.

BERT LI tried to reserve a u haul in Garden City KS and then was told it would be in DodgeCity Ks then I ended up picking my truck up in Greensburg KS supposedly they gave me a 100.00 off and let me pick the truck up a day early however my total was gonna be 319.00 I paid 287.00 and got 50.00 back for the reservation gaurentee and it cost me a hundred dollars in gas to get the truck a hour and a half away experience was the worst felt like I got ripped off would never rent from uhaul again!!!! The place I picked up at and dropped off at were great no complaints there!!!
Shannon GIt's hard to rate this location because it was not my originally reserved location. UHaul called me at 11:17am the day I was suppose to pick-up my truck in Dodge City to let me know I now had to drive all the way to Greensburg to pick-up my truck, then drive back to Dodge City to pick up my car-tow. This whole experience was not pleasant in the least. If I was given more notice I would have been more understanding, but the day of with such little notice is very unacceptable. Both of the ladies working in Dodge City and Greensburg were very pleasant and apologetic. Corporate UHaul was not pleasant and only offered me a $100 credit on a $1000 bill for all of this mix up. 10%? Really?

VONDA PThe people at this location were awesome. They did everything to make my visit to their shop easy and convenient. They made me the customer feel I was the most important thing they had going on. Not many businesses like that anymore.
TOBY CVery small town, so I was glad there was at least a small dealer there. They had internet problems so it took over an hour but they were trying their best. If there were no internet problems it would have been fine.
KEN KPersonnel did not give me time to inspect the vehicle before leaving on a personal outing.
