I had to wait four hours for a mobile pickup. I also had to ask for a dolly to be on the truck that they wanted to charge me twice for because they didnt read what i purchased. I won't use uhaul again because of the experience I had with Competition Body and Paint. I will also make sure everyone I talk to stays away from this business.

William RAnswer the phone and have a sign indicating that you need to pull around where the gps takes you. The overall area did not feel safe. I called multiple times before they closed and no one answered got there 1/2 hour before close and no one was there.

When I asked information she told me if I need information I could call corporate otherwise I was going to jail regardless. I've asked a few times about my charges and have had no answer and now I get a receipt saying I owe almost 500. This company and its reps are ridiculous!

Joon KFirst, no one at this location was wearing masks during this pandemic. The woman handling our pick-up was friendly, but her computer was very slow to load our information and we ended up having to provide all the same information we had already entered during our reservation and mobile check-in process. Then she had to walk us through a work space to get to the truck, and a man working there made a lewd comment about my 22-year-old daughter walking behind me. Never going back to that location.

gerardo mThe process went smooth, the trailer I reserved on 51st street was not returned. I was contacted by U-haul they found another trailer for me at this location. Their was no distribution to my plans or any significant inconvenience. The whole process was very well managed and professional. I will always use U-haul when in need of a truck or trailer.
Joseph HDawn was the most pleasant and helpful! Very thorough in explaining how to properly use the equipment, and made the whole process a breeze. I would highly recommend renting from this location.

James CThe 24/7 pickup app NEEDS work. Why schedule an early pickup if the app doesn't work. I had to wait 1.5 hours for Uhaul employee to show up, (normal working hours) because the app said I was not at correct area. Even though the Uhaul GPS showed me within 40' of pin drop. I give 24/7 a complete waste of money, time and rating of -10. Don't promote a product for convenience that is faulty. I would take this option off your websites! Once personal arrived, nice, quick and easy.

Peggy Gwas dealing with my Mom's death and moving her belongings from her nursing home and the owners were kind and professional and helped me to navigate the rental and extending the dollie rental and removed one area of stress from a painful time.
Lisa AYour corporate reserve systems must have been coded by "wannabe" IT people , the person helping me was dropped no less than 6 times by your system...she finally had to call in the rental contract...you people should be @#@@#.
Marc PDawn, the woman that helped us, didn't tell me how much the total was and just charged my card, added on insurance to the tow dolly that I did not authorize, and showed up 20 minutes late to our scheduled pickup location. The guy that was there in the office was very nice, and so was the younger girl, but the guy who helped us put the tow dolly on refused to speak to me to tell me how to do it, and would only speak to my husband (presumably because he is a man). Overall, it wasn't a great experience, and the truck was filthy on the inside and smelled awful.
Paige JThe staff was friendly and helpful, however there was an issue with the truck connection for my trailer that prevented me from getting my 5x8 trailer. It took almost 2 hrs of trying different trailers to discover the truck's fuse system had a problem. I felt this should have been taken care of before I arrived for pick up. Very frustrating.
