Everything was great. Person that checked me in was fast and friendly. Easiest time I have had with renting and returning a truck. Location just needs better signage to help identify due to its location. Thanks a ton for the help!!Nicholas C.
Actually provide assistance in hooking equipment up if person is unfamiliar. No pictures were taken for evidence. I had to go to another location for assistance and the other location did not hook up the equipment either.Juan D.
Engine light was on in the vehicle. When inquiring about it I was told â€œit should be fine no one reported any issuesâ€. But it there were I could call customer service. I had to call customer service literally from the office to make sure it was documented on the account & they gave me the number for roadside assistance. Just in case. The the hand truck wasn't in the truck so I had to go back in for that. At my pickup time I had to wait to resolve these two issues until after the person returned from lunch. Also the digital process is ridiculous that I had to wait for all of the authorization process to be completed while I'm standing outside wasting time instead of all of that happening prior to my arrival.Jodie G.

The truck wasn't inspected before renting it out to me. One of the headlights is out and the truck steering column is off extremely. Then they charge me $14.00 + for gas when I have proof that I returned the truck with the same fuel amount as marked on the contract. I will definitely be going to the office to see about this matter and will contact better business office too.JENNY N.

You can stop scamming people with mileage. You undercut both times I got an estimate by 10-15 miles. I was told you give people 20% over what they need. That's garbage. The truck I picked up had 47410 but report shows 47407. I told the lady when I picked it up that it wouldn't make it to my location without me going 15-20 miles over. And that when I got a quote from Tampa much further it did the same thing. It shorted my by roughly 15 miles. So she added 15 miles. I told her that's not going to make it she just said ok. So I drive directly from the pick up to drop off. Didn't make a single side stop. I was roughly 5 miles over. Then that location was full. So I was told I had to take it to another location 3-4 miles away. I told the guy this and he said no problem I won't be charged for the extra mileage. Then I get the bill and sure enough I'm charged. Also he's lying about the gas gauge. I filled up the truck to the full mark. He's putting it below the full mark. I wasn't charged any extra fuel but still not even getting any credit for that. It's a total scam how you set your mileage. It didn't matter where I rented the truck from I would be shorted 10-15 miles each time. What a scam.Roberts A.
Couldn't do on-line check-in at this location, so I had to wait for an employee to arrive. I had scheduled my pick-up before they opened. So that was annoying. Then when the employee got there, it took even more time to check me in. THEN, they didn't have a dolly which I reserved. Why did the Web-site say they had a dolly? Now I had to waste mileage driving to another U-Haul location to rent a dolly.Sanjay S.

My experience was tainted by computer issues. When I arrived to pick up the truck, I had to wait nearly an hour for the problems to be resolved. If it had taken a quarter of the time, I would have been much happier with the experience.Sean O.

The employee was rude and customer service was sub par, ordered a utility dolly and a furniture dolly neither were in the truck. When asking the person at the location she said they didn't have firniture dolly, so I took the utility dolly. Thinking she was getting it my wife and I waited outside for 20 minutes. She then came back only to walk past me and check the mail. After an exchange of words we got the dolly pretty much thrown at us since it wasn't put in the truck and our keys given to us. Worst location to get a uhaul I will never ever use this place again. Not to mention I ordered a 26 foot and got a 20 footer smh.Elliot C.

I was in appropriately charged for gas, after I replenished the gas to it's original state, right next door to the storage facility. I have communicated with the location; however, I still have not heard a response regarding my extra charges.Shamella H.

Truck had poor alignment. Mirror on passenger side was not able to be adjusted. Amount of gas documented did not match the gauge. Representative refused to admit the mistake and proceeded to charge wrongfully for the fuel.JOSE G.

The truck had a ck engiene light one. It was dirty in the front with water bottles, and dirt on driver and passenger side. In the back, there was tissue paper, the hand trolley was loose and there was moving pad all over. It was clear the truck was returned and no one inspected it.Jocelin F.

Representative who helped me wasn't very friendly. I used the truck for 4 hours, but was charged the "weekend" rate. A "half day rate" or "limited use" rate would be welcome. I paid $131 for 4 hours of use of the truck.RICHARD M.

Location was ok but so far from the original one were the Truck was not available. Then change to another and same happens. We were very disappointed with the service. I payed online in full and bought another materials and I never received it because the relocation etc. Now I need to call again to request the refund. I do not recommend to my friends.Luis O.

The van I rented had a slow leaking tire which put it's availability in question. That was a clear downer since there was no certain replacement and what I had to get done was time sensitive. Secondly I had requested two dollies but upon arrival it looked like only one was available. The agent on location made things right and there was a very helpful gentleman, Daniel, who put me at ease about the tire, which is why you still get an above average. Also, your sales success celebrations on display are many, but leave the impression that it is all about sales and sales only. Do you have customer service successes to display â€¦. even if it is all about money?uwe R.

Absolute zero customer service. Woman was rude, didn't bother to explain anything, remain silent only to ask for card or signature. Had to ask about policies just to understand process as she was not willing to offer any information. Signed contract and I had the wrong item chosen (local rental) . It was too late to change it after she processed because she didn't bother to explain anything at all. Phone support at 800 uhaul number was great but unable to assist. This location with this specific front agent woman is tarnishing Uhauls reputation.Chantel L.
The truck that was rented to me had broken glass in the trailer. It also had a cardboard on the dash for some reason. The truck made a louse noise when breaking. I had a horrible experience with the truck. I would not recommend this location to anyone.Samuel M.

Terrible customer service. It took over an hour to get our contract done despite having a reservation and having been pre registered already. They did not install the tow hatch at that location so we had to wait an extra half hour for a U-Haul manager to come to the location and do it. The process was frustratingly slow and the associate had no idea what they were doing.Manny L.
