I booked my reservation through the 24/7 online pick up option because i needed the truck before the location opened. When i arrived to pick it up, and started the online process, it would not let me get past the confirming my location step. Despite having all of my location services enabled on my cell phone, uhaul was still unable to detect my location. Because of this i had to call customer service, who was ultimately able to manually get me through the steps needed to get the truck, but i was delayed a half hour because of this. It completely defeated the purpose of the 24/7 option - convenience. I'm not certain that i'll ever use this option again.

Justin (?) the representative that we returned the truck too was great! Super professional, friendly and helpful with the actual return, explaining the bill, came outside to greet us upon arrival. Above and beyond what you would expect for customer service.

The first van I rented was in pristine condition, but the second one was filthy. The bed of the van was covered in a sticky substance and there was a funky smell, like something spilled and someone tried to cover it up with air freshener.

I was not made aware that if I returned my vehicle after hours I should keep my key until I completed the return process due to needing to take pics of gas gage etc I had to guess at everything and take random pics. I called a few times the following day and was assured that someone would recheck my info, I know that I underestimated how much gas etc and was charged and never credited, Very disappointed!!!

Price needs to be what it is. Not extra when you get there. Don’t tell a customer they will do X amount of miles when they know already. Now my bank is holding my money because of you all. THANKS! Single mom on a long weekend. Awesome.

I had my reservation cancelled the day of my move without correspondence from U-Haul. I managed to get a tiny truck and make multiple trips. Upon dropping off my truck. There was another customer who was going thru the same problem. Very very inconsiderate and a major problem for moving tenants who reserve with the intent to pick up a truck and have it cancelled and given to another customer. If I could complain any harder or louder I would!!! I’ll opt for your competitor next time I am in need. I’ll discourage family or friends from your company due to unreliability.

Over charged and service was awful and the app was terrible they lied about the gas that was in it and I would never come there again just plain AWFUL

The truck was difficult to drive, it felt as if it was driving all over the place and felt unsafe. Staff made aware.

I picked it up with what appeared to be a full tank. I never left the neighborhood and needed $11 to refill before I returned it. Maybe used $1.50 worth of gas.May not use uhaul again.

I used the truck for 4hrs and returned when closed. Only was handed a paper for self return and it was not explained about taking pic etc. Yes it's on the paper work but not told when they knew I be done after 6pm. Went 9am next day was charged for 2nd day. Store didn't care said call customer service I did lady took info now wating on district manager to call. Hopefully they refund the 60 that was automatically charged

I had did the precheck in and it still took over 30mins to do a checkout because they had to take out licenses all over and had a different reservation time for us.

Truck was not a good running truck and customer service was horrible, I was told by your employe “ if u don’t move the truck to where he wanted me to park , I whould be charged a valet charge “ never heard of that in my life especially when there is no where telling where to park and the lot is full of cars , very poor service and junky truck , next I’d rather drive the extra distance to go to another one

I will never come to this location again. The manager claimed that I put a hole in the roof of the truck I rented. I told him about the hole because it was raining the day I rented the truck. So he charged $384.00. I call U-Haul and they are going to investigate. I WILL NEVER GO TO COMPASS SELF STORAGE AGAIN. You should beware.

There was broken glass, dirt and trash in the truck. My movers had to clean it out, cutting into my moving time. When I returned the truck I spoke with the gentleman at the front desk and he shrugged his shoulders and said “this is why I hate our new policy” (something about customers being responsible for cleaning the trucks before returning them). He didn’t even apologize for the situation. I am extremely disappointed with this location and will never use it again and I will definitely be telling friends and family not to use this location either.

Unfortunately, my credit card was charged 4 times due to a computer error their staff failed to correct during the rental process. After the 3rd attempt he decided to contact a Uhaul Representative online to correct the issue. I now have to wait for reimbursement; no discount was offered for my inconvenience .

While friendly, the personnel was not interested in hearing or rectifying concern regarding dollie. Only a drop off location and rental representative. Not Uhaul employee.

Jason the manager couldn't have been more helpful and nice. Uhaul advertises the price at $19.99 but never says in advertisements that you add in travel to the cost. Poor advertising along with no AAA and military discounts.

The vehicle I rented, a 26' moving truck, did not run well. The transmission did not shift well, I could not drive any faster than 45 on the highway. The service was very good, polite, courtesy, and attentive to details.
