I personally filed up the gas gage to where I got it at and they're claiming I used another 3 gallons of gas in a matter of 2 miles which isn't accurate I was charged an additional $20 for things I was not aware of lots of hidden fees I'm not thrilled with the customer service at this location.Shawn P.

Wrong equipment was reserved by rep on phone. Wanted truck and they had van. Van door would Not shut property. Had to go back to pick up another truck. Was charged fuel for $30 was told it had a full tank and it only had a quarter. Have it in dispute for three days and still no callSALLY R.
Trailer was not ready to go. Iced to the ground to the point I had to use a screw driver to chip ice away from wiring harness and chains. Ice sheets on the roof of the trailer that could have seriously damaged trailing vehicles on the expressway. Spent over an hour at location due to them only having one staff member and then received nothing but attitude and excuses that it was an all female staff when asked for assistance. Then I had to wait until the following day to return the trailer because they wanted it left behind the gate, which they could have just given me a temporary code for. Most certainly will not be back. I have used several other U-Haul locations in the area over the years and this was by far the worst managed location I have ever seen.JEFFREY S.
I picked up the truck with 3/4 of a tank of gas in it. I drove from the store to buttermilk exit and back. Didn't use much gas and actually put $10 in the tank to fill it back up to what it was when I got in. Finished returning it only to find that I was charged $25 for gas. I spoke to the woman working and she said she didn't know what to tell me. Will not be renting from here again.Amber B.

Renting a Uhaul was a new experience for me. My wife and I made a roundtrip to Tennessee to pick up some equipment. Everything went well, and the process for returning the van is reasonably straightforward as long as you are comfortable with your smartphone. I have no complaints.JOHN B.

When checking in to pick up trailer, the person working the counter simply pointed me to the back of the lot where the trailer was located and told me to stop by the office on my way out so that she could take a picture to validate that I hooked up the trailer correctly. No support was offered nor given to assist in attaching the trailer. Upon return, it was exactly the same, "go drop it where you picked it up and I will email you a receipt". This is very poor customer service on the part of Uhaul's dealer, very disappointing. We use Uhaul for all of our needs and will never use this location again.Leonard R.
Be more empathetic towards costumers because moving is extremely stressful enough without the added stress of people not knowing how to do their jobs. Not everyone's circumstances are the same and you guys should take that into accountability when doing your job or attempting to anyway. Not only should i be getting my deposit back! But I should also be getting reimbursed for the gas I wasted driving to ghost locations, my time and money because I paid people to help me move and I couldn't even get a truck. So when i finally got the truck I had no help and had to move my whole house with my sister. Which lead to shit tons of other problems.STEPHANIE W.

Madison was very professional and courteous. She explained the differences between two add-on programs ( insurance and roadside assistance) that was hard for me to understand. The place is always clean and tidy inside the office. Grounds were ok with some wet spots fro earlier rain which was right in front of my storage unit. This will be my place to get Uhauls I. Information was not given to owner and 24/7 wasn't set up and 3 vehicles were blocking the trucks that we were renting-causing a delay in pick up. Worker was very angry and was visibly agitated at the situation. While I was on phone with CSR from U-Haul she repeatedly told me to â€œhang up on them, they are uselessâ€. She did give me some extra mile allowance and the CSR rep stated she would credit my account back $50 but instead I was somehow charged an additional $14.84. There is NO WAY I am contacting that Compass storage rep, and I do feel that I should get the $50 credit or at the very least the $14.84 taken off.JONNA S.

When I called to book ahead of time. I received very poor info. told them I had a Ford Explorer and reserved a 6 by 12 trailer. Never told I couldn't pull a trailer with my vehicle. Drove 75 miles where I would pick it up to drive furniture home, then told when I tried to pick it up I couldn't pull it with my vehicle. I had to pay more money, rent a van, leave my vehicle, drive home and unload, drop the rental van off, and get a ride back to Florene to pick up my vehicle. Thanks for the inconvenience and extra expense. The lady in the office when I picked up in Florence was very helpful and nice.TED C.

The insight manager was very pleasant and helpful paperwork wise. The location had no one to help connect the trailer, it's simply the weight of the tongue. This is more then one person can lift safely. If it's identified no assist on the reservation I would have brought help. Uhaul needs to update their web sight to reflect the isolated location.John W.

Truck broke down during move. Could not finish move because of all the extra time waiting on the side of the road for it to be repaired. Your repairmen drove it to your location so I couldn't actually finish my move. If this was a 1-10 scale I'd give uhaul a 1. There should be some kind of discount of the daily fee or insurance I opted for since I could only physically use the truck for 9 of the 24 hours I had paid for before it broke down. So far not happy with the billing process or follow up. I honestly feel that I should only be billed for the miles because your truck wasn't reliable and your repairmen said it was â€œ fixed enoughâ€ to get it back to your rental location. â€œFixed enoughâ€ was not enough for me to feel safe finishing my move since they said it â€œshouldâ€ make it back to the dealership.JAYSON P.
