The $20 charge for returning the vehicle after 3:00p was inappropriate. After 9:00p could be understood. But half way thru the day? Also, when I returned the vehicle, the mobile app would not work. I had to call to provide the mileage, etc. If THAT is what caused the $20 charge, very inappropriate. I will likely use your service again, but don't feel the extra fees are warranted. RickRichard O.

The platinum blonde with sleeves of tattoos was extremely rude and threatening. Filed a complaint with Heather with customer service giving details of my horrifying experience upon making sure everything was okay with the return. Contract number 98457049. I've never rented a Dolly before, and I wasn't moving anything bigger than a small, dorm size refrigerator. I guess I should have researched the size of the dollies before renting the big size. The gal at the desk helping me was very nice and helped me put in the Dolly and took it out of my truck, which I really appreciated!Julie B.

This location and the staff was excellent but U-Haul reservations and customer service is horrendous. You do NOT answer your phone in a timely manner (was on hold for over 90 min) and my rental was changed from my original order at the last minute. If you weren't the only game in town, I would NEVER recommend your company or service.Chris E.

The only problem I had was with U-Haul's return vehicle link texted to me. The webpage would only allow me to progress so far, then it would return me to the start page. I finally gave up, went back to where I rented the van, and was able to talk to a real person. It was after office hours, so I was fortunate to find her working. She took care of my return check-in problem. Both employees I dealt with yesterday were helpful and friendly.PAULETTE L.

Clean the truck before renting it. Have the dolly I ordered in the truck so I don't have to ask for it. Don't charge a cleaning fee when I cleaned Up any debris that I caused. Fix online check in so that key code is provided and I do t have to go to counter to get the codeKAREN N.

Driver side visor was open. Took a while to get going with the smartphone pick up/drop off. I think it would be helpful to detail how that works prior to a person selecting it in regards to needing secondary verification at time of pick up, the process of taking pictures at drop off, etc.Penny F.

The truck broke down twice. My mechanic friend tightened the battery terminals and stated it sounds like the starter is going out as well. In all fairness, UHaul did refund the whole experience. I will try them again.Andrew R.

The online check-in was too difficult to use. Ended up having to call the help number and go inside. My phone and my roommate's phone had great reception and our locations were turned on. Continued to get an error message. Regardless, the lady who checked us in was great! She was friendly and very informative! Pleasant experience! Would return and/or recommend.Jessica D.

The phone check in process is aggravating. Every piece of info I entered in my PC for the reservation had to be re entered at check in, including payment. At check in your site would not let me log into the acct I made for the rental. I had to call the 800 number and was on hold more than 35 min. This whole process needs to be streamlined a little better .William M.
