Not overcharge me. In what started out as a 39.00 rental turned into a 105.00 rental in which you charged my card 255.00 and now I have to go back to this place to figure out why there's is a extra 150 dollars being taken off my card when then there should have been money added back and I turned it back in in good condition....horrible experience i wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy

I booked 10' truck in advance but later when i came to pickup a truck it was not the 10' at all. my mattress got damage during transfer because of this goof-up. I brought to notice this at the time of picking the truck to executive but got the answer is, its an only option we have this time. Its not done and feeling despoilment.

This is the second time I have requested a 17’ U-Haul only to show up finding a 15’. This time they at least had the couresty to call me and let me know that they screwed up. But because of this, I was forced to take an extra trip that would not have been needed with the 17. Making my mileage and gas costs more.

We were not given additional mileage for any problems in weather or road conditions. Due to flooding in the midwest we had to travel south and pay for extra miles.

I rented a vehicle to pick up my son’s belongings. He passed away at the end of last year. The truck as dirty inside and out. I stared at two warnings for 5 hours. The first one “Change Engine Oil Soon”. The second one was as “Tire Pressure Low”. Before I left I checked with the office. They told me to ignore them. I doubt that my wife and I will ever use U-Haul again. I worried every mile of the way.

The app was awful, very slow and not smooth. Also the key was in the wrong lockbox and delayed me about 15 mins
