William BThe check engine light was on. The truck lunged forward and brake did not hold it from moving forward for a couple seconds when 1st started and put into gear in the morning. Patty was great to work with!
Curtis BVehicles should be test driven and inspected before being rented out. My truck was not and was unsafe to drive. The steering was so bad I had to counter -steer for 1000 miles. If you weren't careful the truck would have put you in a ditch. The exhaust had a leak right behind the cab that was so loud it was embarrassing and you could not talk to the person in the can with you. Very disappointed in the equipment and was not worth the money I spent for this truck.

Bethany SThe truck was dropped off and the next customer picked it up without it being checked at all outside of the attendant taking a picture of the odometer and checking the gas level. I watched as she handed the man the key. The poor guy was stuck with a truck at leaked oil.

Joy BThere were equipment warning lights flashing where the odometer should have displayed so was unable to read mileage used. We arrived at 2:30 pm & the office sign read closed till 3pm. I wondered why? I knocked on the door and was leaving when a lady opened the door & was very rude/upset because she was busy on the phone for the last 25 minutes on hold. It wasn’t a pleasant experience & won’t go back! If anything, I should be refunded!
