The employee had the door locked and wouldn’t come outside, I had to call and he told me it was mobile pick up even though uhaul had changed that and made me go later in the day that I had chosen. The truck had not been emptied at all, it was quite frankly disgusting. I didn’t even feel comfortable putting a drink in the cup holder or any phone down for gps because the cab was filthy. I will never use that location again, and honestly it put a very bad taste in my mouth for uhaul because I was forced to go to that one, that was not the one I chose.

The cab and the cargo department was mostly cleaned. I was NOT told that I had to return the truck to that location and returned it to a location less than a mile away. The truck was not logged back into the system and made it appear that it was longer; however, the Area Manager resolved the issue to treat me fairly.
Vivian WFix the customer service. Everyone is not a child using Apps let alone an app that works poorly. I cannot read anything. You cannot change your dob year and it is just a huge pain. And the reps in some of these location are useless and do not try to help
