Milagros MI feel the truck was poor quality. It made lots of noise once you turned it off. Tires are out of balance or shocks are shot because it bounced. Worst U Haul truck I have ever driven.
Nancy AHad multiple issues with the uhaul app and even the uhaul website via browser. If it weren’t for the nice guy at the location I wouldnt have been able to check in or out. Please try testing your site and app if you expect your paying customers to handle the application and check out process.
Taylor FThe truck key was a copy and made the truck incredibly difficult to crank. Even though we were given a heads up about it, it was a huge headache we ended up leaving the truck cranked while we unloaded so we wouldn’t have to fool with it.

I have rented trucks before from U-Haul and always had pleasant experience but unfortunately, this was not the case this time.

Jose GThe truck was fine the rental was fine. The service, ehh. I asked the manager for help woth the app when i returned. She said sorry, hate to be a smart ass but im a smart ass. No and she left. As a result, i was so fustered that while taking pictures for the app the door shut and the keys got locked inside. Your manager should uderstand that app , as she said she had no clue how it worked and should have assisted the customer who asked for help

Eric FI reserved the truck for 24hrs. Returned it after only 12 hrs but instead of a refund of sort I was charged$20 for dropping the key in the box after hrs. The box option shouldn't be there if your going to get charged a penalty when your early on your return!

CHRIS CThe only and biggest issue i had was trying to start the truck, i was told to wiggle the key to get the truck started, that’s what took the longest and extremely frustrating.
Nadijah RThis work truck smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. It was acceptable for short haul use, but would be good if it could be detailed for future customers. Otherwise, it ran well and performed as expected.
