Location was great. The truck itslef was not. After loading the truck the battery was dead and had to wait an hour for someone to come adn fix it. By that time the movers time had expired and left so I had to unload myself. Sitll waiting to hear about compensaiton of the moving cost. Wasn't clean. Smelled of smoke and found a dip can in the cab. The a/c only half worked. There was a dolly and blanket set that was left in my way. Oh snd the guy changed my reservation drop-off location that took longer at checkout after trying to con me into dropping back off st this location instead.Ronald L.

I scheduled pick up for the smallest they had. And the lady kept telling me I needed a 15' when I didn't. I even went back the next day to confirm the schedule pick up time and day because I felt like there was some confusion. She didn't look @ my appointment at all and told me everything was good. I go for my pick up that Saturday, my order had already been canceled without anyone contacting me to let me know. While I was standing there I noticed the size truck I needed was outside I asked if I could rent the truck for a couple of hours. Luckily I could rent it, when the guy in the front office gave me my paperwork, he put a big yellow circle around the gas gage I really didn't know how much gas I was suppose to put in it. So I filled it back to where the line was when I picked it up. He charged me for 2gallons of gas because the line wasn't quiet there just a tiny, tiny mark. He said he couldn't tell so he charged me for it anyway. I will never use this uhaul company ever again unprofessional no cancellation notice reschedule me for a uhaul place 28 miles away, ripped me off for 2 gallons of gas because he wasn't sure. Yes I filled it back to the mark where it was when I picked it up. Unprofessional and rip-off never use this place again. And neither will anybody I knowSheron T.

I dropped aff the truck after hours. I put key in lockbox. I thought turning the truck in early would be good. However when I got receipt for the extra miles they also charged me 20 bucks for an after hours drop off. Nobody told me here would be a charge. All I did was parked the vehicle and dropped the key in box and was charged 20 bucks the next day. I am not happy about the charge. If I had been told thus upfront I would hv just turned. The location messed up on my drop off location and then turned around and charge me an extra $200 overall experience for me is thumbs downNicole K.
Quit nickel and dimeing people. Put the dolly in the truck they paid for. Get rid of the 5/16 1/8 on the gas gauge make it 1/4-1/2-3/4 or full when you return it.Mike L.

Clean the uhaul better, there was dog hair and dust all in it and have a better attitude when dealing with customers. The guy who originally helped me was rude and seemed to want to rush me. He also tried to rush me when I just asked a simple question after drop off. Very dismissive and snobby. When I told him I needed the van for more than a few days it's like he took it personal like I was asking to borrow his personal car. It's not that serious, be professional.Colleen S.

This was the worst experience I've ever had with U-Haul. The truck was supposed to be staged for remote pick up at 9 a.m. It was not. The location did not open until noon, I needed the truck at 9 a.m. Once I was able to get to the truck, the location did not have an appliance dolly that I reserved several days before, at the same time I reserved the truck. I was issued a VIP certificate for $50 for my troubles but it was not applied to my final bill. I will be calling directly.Darrell B.

The staff was friendly and straight forward and the equipment was in good condition. Only grievance that could be improved on was availability of desired equipment. I was offered a 26' truck when I only needed a 10. I was able to get the 20' but it was way too long an maneuvering the equipment through sharp parking lots and other areas proved to be challenging.Zachary H.

I did the early pickup app. Got to the self photo and it would never go to that screen. I moved to another location in the back of the lot (closer to the trucks) and tried again...something stopped at the page where you click to take the photo. Luckily the onsite workers came in early. I got the truck an hour after my scheduled time.Michel P.

The only issue we had was that somehow I was not in the system to log in. I had to call and was on hold for over 30 min for her to do something that allowed me to use the app to get in. Bc of this it showed I was late picking up. That was a little stressful, but other than that it was fine.Alicia M.
