very friendly staff, the girl in the front deck was very nice and flexible, because I made reservations for the wrong day and she was able swift my day and accommodate the vehicle the day the I need it .great jot and excellent costumer services.
Ortega DI returned the rental truck on time on Saturday January 27, 2024. Your staff chose to not inspect the vehicle or close out my contract after I left the facility causing me to be charged an additional $40+$15 and milage because they wanted to be lazy and were rushing to get off work. Unacceptable and I never will never recommend that location Contract #28581874

Daniel WBetter customer service treat people like actual human beings when they walk through the door and not just another number I've rented from this place before was very satisfied with the customer service same people are there and was treated very poorly when I return my vehicle with more gas than it was needed and had to wait when nobody was around when the person was just sitting there doing nothing then gets mad at me when I ask them to do their job and check me in I get upset and yes I used a cuss word now they threatened to put me on the do not rent to list because of their poor customer service

JORGE RI needed a truck to move on Sept 3rd. I reserved a truck 2 weeks in advance at a Zephyrhills location. They called a week later to change my reservation location to Thonotosassa due to not having the size truck I reserved. The morning of Sept 3rd, I was on my way to pick up the Uhaul and got a call from the location in Thonotosassa letting me know they cancelled my reservation and would call me back if they found a truck available in Wesley Chapel. All I needed was a 15’ truck. I was told they would give me a larger 25’ truck and include extra mileage free of charge for the inconvenience. So the morning I moved, I ended up having to call a friend last minute to help me pick up a 3 piece reclining sofa set with only their personal pick up truck and my SUV while I waited on the Wesley Chapel location to open. When I got to Wesley Chapel, they didn’t provide me with a larger truck nor did I receive anything for inconvenience. I returned the truck that same night around 8pm in Spring Hill hoping maybe I could be credited for using it less than 24 hours. This was my first time using U-Haul and it was a terrible experience across 3 different locations. I wouldn’t use them again or recommend to anyone I know. The last minute rescheduling on the day someone is moving is wild. Empty promises and extremely over priced for nothing but inconvenience.

She called me an hour before our pick up time to say we had to pick up the truck in a different location due to the driver’s license saying a different area. But that should’ve been told when we went to make the reservation. So we had to switch the person the reservation was under to match the area address. She was not nice when I came in to pick up the truck. She was rude and snippy.

GREGORY WI was told that the price was 19:95 and inc was included also $.79 a mile they did not tell me it’s different on Saturday that is definitely wrong advertising it costs this lady 80 something dollars which I think is wrong , and I Tammy Bennett to the person that I agree with price that you had for this truck Then you call before our time that you need the truck back because you have it rented out it again so they hurried up and got it emptied so you guys could have your truck back and we turned it in early, , and if I had news this about giving y’all good rating before this one you want and I got it because of what you did tell the people that call him for a truck tell him the truth don’t tell him one thing and then you get there and you get something else just saying

Alan UWas very upset about the the fact that I could not complete my move. Yes it was my fault for leaving my car parked in a spot that it shouldn't been. I had no knowledge of this. Due to having to stop my move and drive the truck back to move my car. They very rude and the gentleman that I was parked in his spot was threatening me and in my face. I kept apologizing to all.

Eamonn MYou could give the customer a truck that doesn’t have a steering problem. I was almost killed on Hwy 75 because of this problem. You could also hire people who know how to use your software so they don’t have to wait forever for them to figure it out. You could also offer a discount for putting up with these problems.
