Worker on phone booking was very helpful finding location nearby with truck I needed. Worker at property was very helpful with checking in and fixing a few issues that popped up.

Truck box was not clean.

paul pI'm very disappointed to hear that I won't be reimbursed or refunded for having over $20 of fuel left in the vehicle. I'll probably pick a different moving company for that exact reason next time. I picked the U-Haul up with a little under 0.25 of a tank of gas and returned it with over 0.50 a tank and had to be out the money. That is not an acceptable practice.
