I can't thank y'all enough for making this portion of my move easy and affordable! IF I ever need to rent a U-Haul truck (hopefully never again) or know someone that does...you are my place! Y'all have easy and convenient access to the highway and a gas station right there to fill. Your store is neat and clean, supplies for moving organized!

Picking up calls when customers want to extend rentals. Called five times to extend my rental and no one answered the call only to return the next day due to urgency and the representative is getting angry and not ready to listen to what happened.

Make sure the truck is cleaned more throughly. If they could prove the truck had been sanitized from Covid (labels, signs, etc) between each renter, that would be great. Also, the gate code that I was given did not work when returning the van, so be sure that the gate codes work. Apparently no one else's code worked either, everyone was parking the trucks they were returning out front as well.

There were several issues with our experience. First, the location of our uhaul vehicle changed, so we went to two different locations looking for our vehicle. The directions were not good for the location. The virtual check in was a super frustrating experience, and when we called for help, there was no one available on the phone to help us. We waiting on the line at least 20 minutes. There was no one at the storage facility to help us. There were away. Luckily, we figured it out after a very frustrating 30 minutes. When we came back, there was no where to park. Overall it was a negative experience.

It was a last minute reservation... my previous reservation with Penske didn't work out, the truck that I reserved was not available, so I checked last minute with UHaul and that location is not only the cutest but very convenient and flexible.

Charged for an extra day incorrectly. Refund processed but will not show up for 3 to 5 business days and it is a holiday week. This is EXTREMELY inconvenient for me since I am a single mother and widow on a very limited income.

Give more space to park truck to be returned... there barely a parking lot and no one can park the truck in front of the building...

The roadside assistance vendor informed us the truck broke down because there wasn't oil. So you need to make sure the pick up location checks the trucks and does the needed maintenance. Our move was delayed for a few hours because of this mistake that could've been avoided. After the truck got to the unloading location and we unloaded, we got back home at 10pm. On a Sunday! We all had to work the next morning so it was exhausting. It would be only fair if we at least got some credit for this inconvenience, since we will be renting a truck again on June 27th.

There is no proper driveway for getting into the location. The lady at the location was not very friendly. Did not want to be inconvenienced and did not check the vehicle prior to renting it out nor did she give a form to mark damages to vehicle. The bill also was not easy to understand.

Complete the return transaction, while the customer is there. The representative came out and got the keys then told me that a receipt would be emailed. She reported my mileage higher than what it was, and lied about the gas. I am h as bing to go thru a dispute process having to prove she lied, but that won't shut this location down or replace her, so it just a huge inconvenience for me. Bad way to do business.

Truck was a piece of sh*t and DIRTY i had to wipe it down jus to feel comfortable getting inside it wouldn't hurt to clean the insides of these trucks seeing they drive like crap and e filthy on the inside ! It pulls to the right side you literally have to put all your focus into not running off the road of side swiping anither car!!! It's absolutely mpossible to drive straight! Not safe at allll ! wouldn't recommend using this location is the trucks r this badly maintained .. i understand wear and tear but there a remedy to that call mechanics Needs immediate maintenance!!!!!!!!!!

The woman at the counter was very unhelpful! She told me there was no way to rent without scanning my id on my phone. The link was not working so I asked if she could do it manually. She stated "No" . I said I was getting aggravated and wanted to cancel the reservation. Then she said she could do it manually and began to ring me up. After that she handed me a key and said " find the matching truck. She failed to tell me the were several groups of trucks located all over the property. After 15 minutes of walking around looking for my vehicle. I finally found it and left. She seem very unwilling to help me as soon as she saw my face.

My reservation was for 9 am. I arrived on time but the sign says open at 9:30. It was 23 degrees outside. The lady was inside on computer but wouldn't let me in. She made me wait for 30 minutes outside. The trucks were packed throughout the facility partially blocking lanes and cornersmaking navigation whitvery difficult. The 26' truck was facing opposite direction to gate requiring 3 right turns thru facility. Very difficult. I wouldn't rent UHaul from this location again!

My only recommendation would be that as easily as locations charge for gas when not replaced that they should just as easily reimburse when you put more gas than required.

Frey Road location was nice. However, this is not where I was supposed to pick up from. I booked a 26' from the Bells Ferry/Highway 92 store a couple weeks in advance and then called the day before to ensure it was going to be there. I show up and they state that it is down for maintenance. Therefore, I had to drive to the other store, got a later start, and had to pay for more miles as that store was further away from. Was very dissatisfied that I had to go through all of that.
