dan D.Not only was there issues with the vehicle, we were charged for fuel that was not needed. We fueled at the corner less than .15 miles from the location prior to returning. We will not use this location again. *I normally take photos of the dash before and after for this specific reason. Unethical business practices.

debbie P.I was told the van was had a full tank. I needed to fill the tank back up on drop off, which is usually. I drove the van 50 miles. When I filled up I had to put 7.5 gallons of gas in the van. That would mean that your van was getting 6.6 mpg. I doubt that. When I brought this up to the women at the counter I was totally dismissed and told "Did you take a picture of the gas gauge?" She didn't care at all. Buyer beware.

All was well explained for after hours pick up except for the call verification which was fine but we waited for about 10-15 mins for someone to call to get completed. Also for some reason my pick up page was not located on the app. This took another 15 mins. I had to open chat to get assistance. She sent a link to me but it was a bit frustrating for a few mins. Last, I had already entered all driver information for both drivers prior to pick up but they asked for it all over again. Overall it really was a good experience. I was so happy to get the van early because we had a definite time frame to stick too. I just would have allowed a little more time to pick up. I did get there 15 mins early but would recommend a half hour to complete after hour pick up process. I suppose now that I've done it once, next time might go a little quicker

Scott W.More price transparency. The amount charged was fair but also came as a bit of a shock. The $19 daily rental rate on the site and side of the truck became $130 at rentals end.
Thomas D.I used the smartphone app to rent a van and everything went very smoothly. Only one annoying thing was that the driver's window was not sealed properly and was quite loud on the highway. Other than that, I could not have asked for a better experience.

Joshua R.1. The space in fro t of store is very congested and it's difficult to park and remove trucks from parking slots with very little space to backup the truck. 2. Truck did not have a reverse camera. All the earlier trucks I had hired had it. It really helps, as you do not have mirror in center.
