I got the truck to be used for two hours in order to transport my furniture to a 34 minute drive distance but regrettably the system deliberately decided to robbed me of $205(two hundred five dollars) for a drive distance less 35 minutes. I am asking you guys to credit my account back with the difference.

mark cNothing, there are three Uhaul operations I go to and each one is an amazing experience. Quick and reliably friendly staff. At one place the a/c in their neighborhood drive was broke for over a month during our hottest period this summer, that’s unfortunate for the staff. I have also noticed that your computer systems are a bit spotty, recently an update that none of the staff knew about was rolled out, I think sending out emails to your staff and letting them know what changes are being made would be helpful. At the end of the day, I have never had a bad experience with a Uhaul dealer near me.

Lynn Vcheck out didn’t work through web even though location was turned on in the browser. Had to download app, create account with multiple text message confirmations to finally get code to box that had key. Gate code was not with the key. I don’t know how they expected me to retrieve the truck without the gate code. Had to have agent on line give it to me. Should have been a ten minute process but ended being almost 30 minutes. Pads were also wet and frozen.
Stephen SWhile I had a great experience with all the workers and they were all very kind. I was not happy with the way my reservation was completely disregarded just because someone from corporate wanted the truck. I was extremely disappointed with uhaul. I had originally RESERVED a 10 foot truck and got a call about an hour before I was supposed to get the truck saying that someone from corporate basically disregarded the fact that I had a RESERVATION for the truck and took it upon themselves to take it. The worker was very sweet and was trying to find another truck for me and gave me the number for corporate to call. The women from corporate also very helpful and was able to find me another truck. However, when I got to where the truck was I was informed that since the first customer was a half hour late then it was mine. I think it's absolutely unacceptable that a reservation is able to be disregarded by someone "entitled" at corporate.

JERRY SNo problem with the location or equipment. The thing that made location this best was the on-site employee that aided the pick up as the U-Haul website was experiencing problems but to be fair, the drop off via online platform worked flawlessly.

JAMES WI was told the cost of a rental truck was $19.95 plus mileage. I went 32 miles and ended up with a bill of over $80.00. I was charged for mileage plus gas as well as other incidentals I was not told about. I will not do business with you again.
Theresa CI picked the truck at 4:45 pm and dropped the truck at 5:30 pm same day which is within my 4hours of the booked time. Since their office is closed at 5 which is not my problem, Uhaul still charged me 20$ extra. This is the second they did this. Very bad service. Charging the customer credit card without proper upfront notification. And the uhaul app is glitchy and doesn't function right.
BHAVANI AVacuum and clean driver seat area. It looked like sawdust was at back of seat.

Francesco MReplace passenger side wiper blade because it it made driving in a rain storm a little difficult it is dragging the rubber on the bottom other than that excellent truck staff was great
Nicholas GSun visor on drivers side was broken. Some sort of dried mung was in the crease of the drivers seat. Floor was muddy. Was obvious it was not cleaned. Gas was not full when getting the truck. Drove it for 29 miles and pumped 9.3 gallons of gas on return! Not a good experience.
Robert CThe woman who helped us was very kind and helpful. I tried using the app to check in, but after several times of entering the same information, over and over again, I gave up. She was able to check us in very efficiently. She also helped us when we brought the truck back. I don't remember her name, but she did an awesome job!

Xinjie DIt was raining and the interior of the 10’ truck was soaking wet with standing water in the back of it. We had to use towels and sheets to dry it off prior to being able to load the truck in an attempt to save my furniture from getting wet and ruined. The man working at the location was very nice and it was a smooth process.
Mark WThe truck was slow to shift and seemed to struggle on hills. It got the job done! Daughter was moved into her apartment safe and sound! Thank you.
Robert DI didnt use the dolly but the seal snapped when we were moving stuff out of the truck so unfortunately I am being charged for that. Also the gas meter didn't move from when I took it. I only drove nine miles and you are charging me for gas.

Philip CI was billed Fuel when I filled up 2 miles from drop off and I was also charged a $25.00 Cleaning charge when all I moved was boxes. Not sure why either of these charges was applied.
Richard CThe furniture pads and the Cart are in the way and took up my valuable moving space. I wish it wasn't there. The new ones don't have it. I like the padlock that was there. it was a nice helper
