It was nice the truck was out front ready for me to take the lady walked around the truck with me to put inside boxes on it for any scratches or dents or anything to make sure that I wouldn't be charged for anything that might look like it was wrong with it everything was handled professionally it was really great experience.

I reserved a truck years ago and was told I would have to go to Oak Harbor to pick it up. This time I was leary about using uhaul but the person that rented me the truck was amazing. They had the size of the truck that I needed and was able to answer all my questions. I would recommend Commutee Cars in Sedro-woolley for uhauls

The truck was dirty on the inside. Spilled liquids on dash and cup holder area. Dirty napkins on floor. I was over charged on the mileage and gas. I was told The boss of this location took the uhaul the previous night and didn't record gas usage or mileage. I was over charge $180 and was told I would get it Returned to my card. I asked for a new receipt and have not received it. Not have I received the money back yet.

Commuter Cars was fine. The U Haul scheduler selected the location for me as it had the only truck available for my move. Unfortunately that meant I had to go an hour out of my way to get the truck and scramble to find someone to take me there a day earlier than planned.

Highly recommend this dealer went above and beyond to get us set up. Explained everything how to drop off and what to expect. Plus we had a nice chat made us feel like we've known each other for years. Would give them 6 out of 5 stars

The lady who checked the vehicle out to me knew the gas didn't read exactly what was on the paper and let me know as long as I bring the vehicle back close to where it needed to be we should be good, and the lady checking me in was totally not having it and wanted to charge me $80 for bringing it back the way I picked it up and so I went to put more gas in to not accrue this charge and the location is crappy, I sat at the intersection for over 5 minutes trying to get out of their driveway

Waiting at location for 45 minutes to complete the transaction, a four hour rental, was tedious. The keys were lost and we spent as much time waiting for the vehicle as we did driving it.

The truck was kept in a cramped space that made it difficult to maneuver off of the lot. Otherwise, this was a great experience and we will definitely use them again.

First, I was sent to this location when there were two closer locations with the same equipment. Second, in the middle of my transaction I was abandoned to show cars to a rude, loud family. Third, on my way home I was flagged down by another motorist because the back door to the truck was left open and the furniture blankets and dolly were on the verge of falling out on the highway. Finally, there were snack foods left on the floor on the passenger side of the cab.

Uhaul stated the truck and equipment I ordered would be available. This location was great but uhaul did not supply the extra equipment. The dealer did not fail but the uhaul ordering process is very faulty and does not follow through on their commitments to their customers.

When I returned my equipment to this location they billed me $500 for pre-existing wear and tear to the vehicle even though the issues were clearly not the result is damage.

Commuter cars had UHaul site issues. Initially not their faults and I do credit them for trying. BUT, very unprofessional. Didn't know the rates or how uhaul site even worked. Forgot to bring their own personal passwords so used a co-workers.Took 2.5 hours. They were supposed to open by noon and showed up at noon. So it took them 30 to even figure out the other issues at hand. Didn't even get my driver's license so I could have been under 18 for all they knew. They did try being as polite as possible but I'd be concerned if I was uhaul.

The early hours check-in was extremely difficult and frustrating and taxing. Once your agent got us through that, over 45 minutes later everything else went great.. A great pickup truck with less than 90 hours on it, great price, great value. I will use your services again without a second thought and recommend you to all of my friends and family with need of a truck. Thank you very much. PS The agent that helped us on the phone deserves a raise for her patience and persistence in helping us through the check-in.

6x12 cargo trailer should have a wheel lift on the tongue. It's extremely heavy to lift on/off the tow vehicle.

Deliver my truck to the area it should be at. I made a reservation to pick up a truck in Shoreline, 3 months in advance, and got called 12 hours before my move to hear I had to drive an hour north to pick up my truck. I'm still really disappointed in my experience with U-Haul dispatch. If you won't have a truck at the location for pickup, specified on the reservation, why the hell do you ask for a pick up location on your website?

not a lot of space to move around. Its crowded and has poor lighting for after hours drop off. The rep did not explain how to do the beginning portion of after hours drop off, and I had to call customer service. It took a lot of time to complete.

This whole experience was a joke. From the keys not being available the day of my rental because they forgot to put it on the lock box. I then got charged for that day. Even though I didnt actually got the rental. Then I got the rental the next day, they charged my account again and left me with no gas in the vehicle. Then when it came to refunding me the first days charge which was 79 and some change...they are only refunding me 50.

The gentleman who assisted me was very personable! However, the safety chains that were on the trailer did not fit through my trucks hookup as they were to small. This was the same problem i had last time I rented a U haul from a different location Also, the tires on the trailer appeared to be completely worn out as they appeared bald with no tread. Fortunately I did not have any problems
