Uhaul stated the truck and equipment I ordered would be available. This location was great but uhaul did not supply the extra equipment. The dealer did not fail but the uhaul ordering process is very faulty and does not follow through on their commitments to their customers.GLEN RAY S.

Commuter cars had UHaul site issues. Initially not their faults and I do credit them for trying. BUT, very unprofessional. Didn't know the rates or how uhaul site even worked. Forgot to bring their own personal passwords so used a co-workers.Took 2.5 hours. They were supposed to open by noon and showed up at noon. So it took them 30 to even figure out the other issues at hand. Didn't even get my driver's license so I could have been under 18 for all they knew. They did try being as polite as possible but I'd be concerned if I was uhaul.Bruce B.

The early hours check-in was extremely difficult and frustrating and taxing. Once your agent got us through that, over 45 minutes later everything else went great.. A great pickup truck with less than 90 hours on it, great price, great value. I will use your services again without a second thought and recommend you to all of my friends and family with need of a truck. Thank you very much. Deliver my truck to the area it should be at. I made a reservation to pick up a truck in Shoreline, 3 months in advance, and got called 12 hours before my move to hear I had to drive an hour north to pick up my truck. I'm still really disappointed in my experience with U-Haul dispatch. If you won't have a truck at the location for pickup, specified on the reservation, why the hell do you ask for a pick up location on your website?Matthew T.

not a lot of space to move around. Its crowded and has poor lighting for after hours drop off. The rep did not explain how to do the beginning portion of after hours drop off, and I had to call customer service. It took a lot of time to complete.David G.

This whole experience was a joke. From the keys not being available the day of my rental because they forgot to put it on the lock box. I then got charged for that day. Even though I didnt actually got the rental. Then I got the rental the next day, they charged my account again and left me with no gas in the vehicle. Then when it came to refunding me the first days charge which was 79 and some change...they are only refunding me 50.Rebecca H.

The gentleman who assisted me was very personable! However, the safety chains that were on the trailer did not fit through my trucks hookup as they were to small. This was the same problem i had last time I rented a U haul from a different location Also, the tires on the trailer appeared to be completely worn out as they appeared bald with no tread. It wasn't so much this location that was bad. We had to go to 5, YES 5, different locations to get 1 trailer and 1 box truck. We kept getting sent to different locations and they wouldn't have a trailer. U haul that we reserved through had no clue what was where. The first location we went to didn't have a trailer OR a truck. We spent over 3 hours driving to different locations always being told "don't worry they have a trailer at the next location".Michael R.

The people here are exceptionally nice, helpful and great to work with. The truck I rented was spotlessly clean and ran perfectly. I will definitely call them again and tell all my friends who to call when they need a truck to rent - Commuter Cars / U-Haul on Highway 20 in Burlington ! the guy does not know what he is doing at pick up time, 1st he gave me wrong truck, I noticed when I left then I called at 9:18 then he told me to come back there was another customer for pick up his truck so basically he switched our trucks but luckily It was figured out when he call the head office, 2nd I returned same day 08/12/2017 by 7:02, But don't know why they charged double me, on my e mail invoice returned date shows 08/13/2017 4:00 pm, I called customer care on 08/14/2017, Victoria a nice lady told me they ll figure out and let me know within 3 business days, my reference # is 1511918 Thank you Victoriakaramvir G.

2 tires were done to the wear bar. We noticed it when we were loading the car. The staff were prompt in addressing the problem, and quickly replaced them. The windshield wipers were in poor condition. Both these safety items should be part of routine maintenance. The staff was amazing. They were very helpful throughout the process. Shelli, the manager went above and beyond excellent service. Check in took about an hour, with computer glitches. I was unable to do express check in for some reason, the program wasn't responding.Gary B.
Have the equipment ready when customer arrives. I had to make a second trip to this location to pick up the blankets that I rented because they were not ready. This caused a delay with loading truck with the loading company costing me more money.Anthony V.

I originally had my pickup location at 17621 State Hwy 536 in Mount Vernon, WA, but I was told I could not take a 5x9 trailer one way to another uhaul facility. Then I was directed to Burlington, where the lady I worked with was very helpful and apologetic for how I was treated by the station in Mount Vernon.Teran A.
