It was unfortunate that I had to leave. Why? The girl that helped me was very respectful and friendly . She was all smiles and a sweetheart. I didn’t get her name but she was very beautiful and she had beautiful blonde hair. If I wasn’t dating I probably would of asked her out. Why? Because of her manors and professionalism. And of course her looks … You guys have a great girl running the place. Well spoken and uplifting. She deserves to be recognized and possibly a bump in her salary . The place was perfect for me and all of you guys are great. It was nice doing business with all of you . Have a great day . Who knows maybe I’ll need storage in the future. And hopefully that wonderful girl can help me again . 😊

I’m NOT happy with U-haul the company itself and I’ll explain why: The lady at the location was great and very helpful. Here is why I wasn’t happy with U-Haul: Their app wasn’t working well and I had to pick up the van at 5am in order to get the move in time (the location is closed at that time). Since the app wasn’t reliable as two days before it was acting up and giving me a message that it couldn’t get my reservation at this time and I should try again later (don’t remember exactly the message but it was something like that) so in order to make sure I won’t have any problems I picked up the van the day before. So technically I had the van in my possession for more than 24 hours therefore I had to pay for two days. The nice lady said her hands are tied and she can’t do anything and recommended that I’d call customer service and ask them to charge me for one day because of the circumstances. I called and the guy over the phone couldn’t care at all that because their app wasn’t reliable I had to pay for two days. So I’m totally not happy about this. I didn’t have any other choice. Mi strongly feel it’s not fair.

Customer service was great, store looked clean. Truck was dirty, glass was really dirty and had a hard time seeing. Truck smelled like cigarettes and had a turn signal out as well. Rented a truck a month ago and had different truck but the same smelly and dirty truck.

Internet issues caused clerk to charge my card twice and it was 1800$ and it is still pending in my account and funds were unavailable to me to use for my move. Clerk says it happens all the time . Very displeased with my experience

I had a great experience at this storage facility! I had a unit for 1 year and never had an issue. My items were still in great condition when I moved out, even without having a temperature controlled unit. The staff was always responsive, helpful and friendly as well.

communication between employees is necessary -- i was told my driver could just present his drivers license and then depart --apparently the associate on duty at the time complicated this to the point we almost didnt get the u haul --she made a simple event into a major complicated departure

The only thing I would recommend is to upgrade your computer system as I was not able to upload drivers license and one other thing. Otherwise awesome service from the provider

The truck was excellent, no problems. But we were charged way too much, $2969.00 from Pennsylvania to Florida. We turned the truck in one day early and were told we don’t get any money back for early returns. Also found out that someone else rented the same size truck for $1900.00 from Florida to California. Will not use U-Haul again.

Great location lady in the office was awesome but I am so bad remembering names. The guy in yard the next day was kind of a wise@$$ though! especially after I expertly navigated the crap they had all over the place and no room to really turn a truck and trailer with ease they have workers blocking all the Isles to boot! Always always grumpy jackasses working at these places!
