There is no cell phone reception at this location so you can't pick up your U-Haul or drop it back off using the mobile app. It forces you to have to pay the $20 after hour charge since there is absolutely no cell phone service and your app almost never works. Thank God the store was open when I went to pick it up or I wouldn't have been able to. Lady in the store was nice but I reserved an appliance dolly because I was moving by myself and naturally they did not have an appliance dolly available. I asked for my $50 reservation credit and the lady told me that I had to call U-Haul to get it which I know is not accurate because I have gotten a credit issued from the store directly before when you have not had the equipment I have requested. I also declined the safe mover coverage and she added it back to my account and charged me for it without my authorization. Tried to call several times and get it credited back but no one answers at the location and I don't have over an hour to sit on hold for a U-Haul representative. I spoke to somebody through the chat who told me they would have it taken care of but it doesn't look like I have received a credit for it yet.KELLY S.

This location had one truck, we needed to get a truck so we took it. We were told the truck had to be returned to the pickup location because it was due for an oil change. We agreed to that because it was our only option, but I feel that we should not have been charged for the return mileage because we should have been able to drop it at another location and they could have the truck serviced. It looks to me like it was a way to get paid for double miles. Not fair to the customer at all.otis P.

I picked up my truck at Commerce Storage. The manager Holly had great customer service! She had patience and took care of everyone with a smile. The truck was clean and the process was easy - except for the Internet making the transaction a little longerELIZABETH E.
At this time in our world with COVID-19 I couldn't believe the truck was filthy dirty. I was appalled! I had to ask for antibacterial wipes to wipe down the inside of the truck, it was disgusting when I wiped the steering wheel, seat, door and things I would need to touch down. The staff was very nice but not accommodating in this sense.You're going to have to do a better job with Cleaning.Katharine C.
Take better care of marking damage to the trucks. Had to ask for lady to come out and do a walk around so she could be shown damage on the truck not marked. I don't want even a chance of being charged for damage I didn't cause.Vanessa T.

Commerce Storage did not make me aware that they did not have the hand trucks or blankets I requested on my order. Therefore, they had to be removed from the order. I could not wait on replacements so I had to make do.George L.

Poorest service I have seen in my 66 years of living. I had requested certain items to be reserved for me when I arrived to pick-up my truck. The individual said he was sorry, but the only thing he had was the truck. I was so mad I could spit nails. I needed protection for my furniture is the reason I requested 3 dozen blankets and I requested an appliance dolly that wasn't all beat up. I will definitely think twice before I rent another U-Haul or recommend one. Unless I have absolutely no other choice, I have no reason to ever patronize U-Haul for anything. We picked up our reserved UHaul on Saturday April 6th 2019 around 10:30 AM. The lady at the storage facility in which we picked up the UHaul was EXTREMELY hateful, rude and flat out disrespectful to my husband & uncle who came to get the tow dolly. She had a very bad attitude which was uncalled for. We will NEVER return to this location for any future rentals, nor will we recommend it to anyone else.nikki G.

Know what your doing. Pay more attention to the contract details. One one to Lavonia was on the reservation. My son picked up. I got a text that it was to be returned to the Commerce store. Right away my son went back in and the young lady. She wouldn't fix it. My son didnt know about drop off location, but the reservation did. She messed up the drop off location. Had to call uhaul to fix everything. The truck at points wouldn't go over 20 mps.James T.

Unable to check in usin mobile app as it could not find location. Attempted with two different phone types and two different carriers. It would have been nice if that worked. Otherwise the gentleman checking me in was wonderfulSusan R.

The uhaul truck itself was perfect, however the person renting the truck was not up to speed on how to rent it and do all the paperwork, I was almost charged double and would have been had I not questioned it.Carrie C.
