Katrina was very rude and disrespectful toward my family member. She used foul language by calling my mother an A--HOLE!!! The truck we rented had garbage in the back of it that had not been cleaned out by the previous renter or staff. Katrina tried to charge me a fee of $50 to park the truck. She was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! I will not rent from this location ever again and I will be informing all of my family and friends of the poor service I received.
